They did a great job. They came in and got the entire project done in one day. They cleaned up all of the materials and trash very well.

The communication was impeccable. His flexibility to work with the insurance claim was very helpful. His pricing is comparable. The products he uses are superior to other companies. After cleanup, there was not one piece of debris in our high end landscaping.

They were great to work with. They were very professional. I liked that the owner came out to talk with me beforehand. They cleaned up well and I could not tell they were there when I got home from work. I was able to easily reach them if I had questions.

They were fabulous. They did everything, if I saw something they would make sure it was fixed. We have high peaks so it took them four days to complete the work. They did a perfect job cleaning up.

They were professional and the work was surely adequate. I was not crazy about the exchange of information as we went along. For example, they told me they were only going to replace a little bit of roofing, but it turned out into a big deal on the side. They could have done a better job on communication as I wasn't sure if that was something I needed to turn in to the insurance company.

I like their price and the finish product. I had many quotes on my chimney and they range to over $2000. Some of the reputable companies from Angie's List said that the whole chimney had to be replaced because I had a wood chimney. They said that they have to replace everything and I had leaks. Then I had a man who did only chimneys, he said that the only problem up there are the size, supports and strips that should be replaced. The casement, waterproofing are still in good shape. So I took his word for it and I called John Peters. They verified that that was the case. They came out and measured the length of the strips; got it from hardware store, came back, painted it, put them up then painted the rest of the chimney and it all looks brand new.

Mr. Peters sit up an appointment with me to come look at the roof give me an est. on cost and labor. I agreed to the terms, Mr. Peters came over with the contract explained everything that would be done the clean up and all. It went just as he explained it to me. My husband is retired at home and he was very impressed with the work and the clean up. When I walked Mr. Peters back to his truck I saw his Angie's List sticker on his truck, I said we belong to Angie's List he was very delighted and ask me to do a review once the work was done, he gave me a discount too. I do plan on using Mr. Peters services again my chimney needs help to he has a person that can do that too.

Roof install: The crew arrived on time (around 7am) and started work right away. Roof was completely torn off, ice and water shield was installed, new roof was installed, and clean-up was completed by 7:30pm. All debris was removed and they used magnets to get all nails out of the yard (important because I have 3 dogs). Couldn't be happier with the crew and the job they performed. Siding: Job took 2 guys, 3 days to complete. Very friendly and hard working. Job turned out very very well. Gutters: Seamless gutters and downspouts were installed in a matter of hours! The installers were very friendly and did a fantastic job! Bedroom: Patched a crack where water had leaked in, and painted entire ceiling (2 coats). The job was so well done that my neighbor (a former roofer) contracted with Peters for a new roof for their home! A few words about John: John Peters is a stand up guy. He will give you the best price and perform the best work possible on whatever your project may be. He was always quick to call me back and answer any questions that I had. I would use him again in a heartbeat for any project I have in the future. If you've read all this, call John right now. I promise you won't regret it!

He did our last roof that’s on the house now and gutters so he’ll be doing it again if it’s all approved by the insurance. He is the only one I trust. He is a good guy. I referred him to all of neighbours. There was no replacement yet and he said it might be a good idea to let the adjuster to go ahead and look. One good thing he said was even there is no actual visual damage, we are on tear from the rough were going through the hailstorm. It just makes with age. John has been probably on every house in this neighbourhood at one time or another. He grew up in the neighbourhood with my older brothers and I’ve known him to be a roofer ever since I was walking. I figured with that much experience, we trust him fully. He has a couple of his sons that worked with him and he has several crews when there are many houses in here that were damaged. He also did a roof two years ago for us. He has got to run by it and checked that one too just to make sure, if it was damaged. We were extraordinarily pleased because he took the time to help us with colour of the shingle because the house was a white stoned house with a blue trim and the shingles that he picked out has a hint of like blue and gray. It looks beautiful. He really did a good job. We had a tenant in our other house at one time when we had that roof put on and if the tenant would call me and there was a leak, we called him right out there on that same day and look at it. He was really prompt with it.

Estimate given before they left from first visit. Cleaned up well. Worked with me on my schedule.

They worked with my insurance since I had a tree fall on my roof and damage it as well as had hail damage due to the big storms we had go a week before. Met with them to pick out my new shingles and gutter colors. Also added in 2 ridge vents to the project since I did not have any on my roof (older house) They came out, took off the 2 layers of old shingles that where on the house from previous owners. cleaned up the work site and came out the next day and had cut out the area needed for the new ridge vents, them installed as well as pointed out and fixed a issue with a spot in the roof where it was sagging at no extra cost, that was due to a poor fix by a previous owner. From there they cleaned up. The next day their partner (Ram Seamless Gutters) who dues seamless gutters came out and did their part. They put on new, bigger gutters that where seamless as well as down spouts. Did their clean up and where done before the end of the day. The project was done in a little under 3 days about 3 days after I got the go on getting it fixed from my insurance, witch was about 3 days after the big storm. Everything went well they were professional. Always on time explained in detail the job.

We had a great experience with John Peters. He was able to come out quickly to replace a board that had fallen due to weight of snow/ice from a recent storm. We would definitely use him again, and he's at the top of our list for any other roofing related jobs we may need in the future.

Several of our neighbors chose John's company to repair their roofs after they saw the very professional installation at our house. Upon contacting John Peters Roofing, I was given a date when the gutters would be cleaned (which was the following day). The crew arrived and did a fabulous job. They worked quickly and efficiently. I have used them in the past for gutter cleaning and will do so again. Highly recommend them!

GREAT JOB by his crew. The job was completed in one day and the clean up was fantastic,. You would have never even have known they were there if not for the nice new roof. John also went out of his way to accommodate us because of some scheduling snafus on our end. He was always professional and delivered on what he said he would do. Wonderful They were on time for the job and finished it in the approximated time. They also did a great job cleaning up any debree left from their work. We were shown many samples of roofing to choose from and John also made a color recommendation that was just perfect for the house. We (my husband and I) could not be any more pleased than we are. We have also in the past used Peters Roofing to replace the gutters and roof on our residence and since we were so satisfied we used them again for our rental property. Overall it was a job well done. We could not be more pleased!

We received 3 estimates to have our roof replaced and went with this company. Their office is down the street from our house and all the work was done very quickly. They brought in a dumpster and hauled away all the old roofing and left our property very neat.

Following the advice of our State Farm adjustor, we refused to share the insurance estimate when seeking quotes for the repairs we needed. John Peters Roofing was the only roofer we contacted that was okay with that. The work was done in a timely manner and the site cleaned up to our satisfaction. They even corrected errors in a prior roofer's work. (We had purchased the house just two years before and there areas of the roof that need special attention due to its unusual configuration.)
