Description of Work: John Peters Roofing did a wonderful job for us. They replaced the entire roof including tear-off and replacing not only the shingles but the underlay and using a membrane instead of the typical tar-paper. They also replaced siding on one entire side of the house and the same type of service, they put up a house wrap material as they went which I had tried to get the original builder to do but to no avail. Wonderful crew and they lined everything up and matched it perfectly. During the siding replacement I had asked for a trim panel to be removed above my garage and the siding be put in it's place. During the removal it was discovered that the header was rotted beyond repair. Well, John worked with me and they completed the job which is much better than the original, trust me I had the place built and the replacement materials are much better. Lastly came the gutters and again, everyone is courteous and timely. They were done with the entire house in just over four hours and they replaced everything. They went up in size from the typical 4" to a 6" based on rainfall volumes and slope. Well, since the install we have had snow, ice and rain and there have been no jams, no leaks no anything except a product that works as promised. John Peters came to my house several times and he was always professional, never talked down to us and never tried to up-sell me. Best company I have ever used for this type of repair and yes I will use them again, I have a few projects coming up. Great job, great crew and I highly recommend them to anyone needing repair work done to your home.

Description of Work: All went well. Very punctual. Stripped off two shingle layers for new roof. Area cleanup was very thorough. Very happy with the work done.

Description of Work: New roof, gutter covers, replaced aluminum wrap around windows. The job is not complete yet but everything done so far has been done well. I am satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: We are happy with the work provided. Keep in mind within the cost we had new white 6' gutters installed as well as leaf covers. The new roof and gutters have improved appearance as well the value of our home.

Description of Work: Replaced the siding on the Southside of my home.

Description of Work: I made inital contact by phone and left amessage on recorder. Three days layer call was returned by field rep. I explained I needed an estimate for roof replacement from hail dammage. Without coming to look at the roof offers were made that made the contact seem odd to me if this business was legimite. No offer was made to come look at the roof. Two days later field rep called me again and questioned whether my Adjuster from insurance had been here yet. I answered no. Again no offer to come look at the roof, but offers of a deal were made again. I told him I could not agree to any deal. A few days later I was called again by field rep and this time he set-up an appointment for 5pm on Aug. 4th which I agreed to. Field rep did not show for the appointment nor did he call to let me know he would not be there. On the morning of Aug. 5th ( today) field rep called to tell me he tried to call more then once on the 4th and my phone rang and rang but no answer. I told the field rep I did not want any of his ( exp) crap that he did not call me I was here all day and my phone did not ring. I do have answerins service and no calls were recieved from this company. I told the field rep he should loose my phone number. He hung up. Jack

Description of Work: We hired this firm to tear-off and re-roof our house following a hailstorm. Within a year, we had nail heads popping up through the shingles. We contacted Peters about our concerns and left repeated messages but they never returned our calls. We had to make the repairs at our own cost and, to this day, we STILL have nail heads popping up in addition to developing a sizeable leak around our chimney.
