John Davis Hauling

John Davis is a fine gentleman. He is courteous and on time. I have used him several times and when he gives you a time, he is there. The prices are reasonable. John and his crew come in and very quickly take care of business and leave the property cleaned up and tidy. I highly recommend him and his company.

In the end, the amount of debris essentially filled the trailer. When it came time to pay them for their services, the cost exceeded the original estimate and ended up being $190. The gentleman reasoned that most of the debris from the compost pile was compacted and was very heavy in their trailer. I understood the issue and thanked them for their work. Overall it went well and I will recommend them to others.

I called John, he was at my house in a 1/2 hour, and away my junk went.

I called and got a quick response, which was very encouraging. They told me they'd be to my house at 1 and asked what I had. John was concerned that I may not have a "full" load and said that they charge a minimum of $50. I told him that was no problem because I needed the stuff hauled that day. He said they'd be at my house around 1. At 1 he called and said he had run into a problem and would not be able to come until the next morning. I said that would not work for me and he said, "OK, I'll make it this afternoon." I asked if he was sure he could do it because it was very important that it be hauled that day and that if he felt that it would be a problem I just needed him to tell me so that I could contact someone else. He said he'd make it out -- he never showed and I ended up scrambling around that evening and relying on a family member to take everything away. It was a real hassle and I didn't appreciate it since I had given him the opportunity to say "I can't do it."

Performed job within an hour of calling; even came back at no extra charge to pick up a few more items forgotten the first round.

Mr. Davis handled the estimate and scheduling very professionally. Their work was very efficient and they worked quickly. Mr. Davis had estimated a cost of $200, but upon completion they dropped the cost to $175.00. His work was very reasonable and I plan on using his company again. I scheduled the work a few days out for my convenience, he could have respond within hours.

They were very nice and cooperative. They did a good job and I am planning on using them again.

Showed up the day we called. We had more than John anticipated. We offered to pay for the additional equipment. He had to cut up some of the pole vault pit with his chain saw. Great about hauling everything. His estimate on the phone was $150. When he arrived he realized it should be $200. When we added the box & standards, John asked for $40 more dollars. He had a full load. A full load is $300.00. We gladly paid $300 for all of his work. He did a great job! We recommend him and will use him again.

Brought two guys besides Mr. Davis. Very prompt. Responded to my call same afternoon and performed service within two days on my schedule.

Spoke with Mr. Davis earlier today, he gave accurate estimate on telephone, arrived within time frame specified and did work within 20 minutes - very quickly and same day as advertised. Definitely would use him again.

I called John on a Sunday morning (11AM) and described what I needed removed including junk from garage and backyard cleaning. Estimate on the phone was $150. John said he'd be there that afternoon; he was (2PM), and he confirmed the price immediately. About 20-30 minutes later my garage was clean.

They even moved a piece from our house to my daughter's place. Was on time and did a good job.

I called late yesterday afternoon to ask about having the piano and chair hauled away. Mr. Davis asked a couple of questions about where the furniture was in the home and how big the piano was. He quoted approximately $125. I agreed to have him do the work. He worked around my schedule to set a time so that I did not have to leave work early. Mr. Davis called at the scheduled time to say that he was running late, but that he would be here. He did arrive later than the appointed time, but considering it was the day before Thanksgiving and he still came, that was fine with me. The piano was on the main floor and the large recliner on the second floor. Both pieces were removed quickly, but carefully, so that no damage was caused to floor or walls. The price was what was estimated over the phone. Mr. Davis and his helper were both very polite and professional. I will hire him again the next time I have a job like this to be done.

EVERYTHING WENT SUPERBLY. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE.

Called them at 8:30 am, they were here by 10. They collected all of the brush and were gone within a half-hour. We felt the price was very fair for the amount they took. Would definitely call them again!

They got it all cleaned up and out of the driveway.

I called Mr. Davis and asked if he could come the next day to remove large piles of yard debris. He was prompt, fast and neat. They did a great job. I would definitely hire him again.

As usual Mr. Davis's service was great & I feel the price was fair.

John Davis was very courteous on the telephone. He and another gentleman arrived at our house about 2 hours after I called them. I showed John the piles of brush that needed to be removed as well as the fountain base. He adjusted his estimated price fairly and went to work. They completed the job in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their work. I will call them again for any future hauling needs.

On time, professional, efficient, clean, very well done.

I CALLED JOHN TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND HE OFFERED TO PICK UP THE TV WITHIN THE HOUR. VERY POLITE AND I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO HIRE HIM AGAIN.
