Description of Work: I needed an electrician to install a light fixture. Angie's List concierge service connected me with this contractor and he called me right away and quoted about $50. We set an appointment for the following week. I took the day off from work to be home. He never showed up and never called.

[member's name removed], we're so very sorry if there was a miscommunication. I see that you called through the concierge service but somehow didn't get added to our calendar. This problem is 100% my fault. Is it possible for us to come install your light free of charge at another time that's convent for you, when you won't need to miss anymore work? It can be in the evening, Saturday, Sunday. This has never happened before and I really want to go above and beyond to fix it. I feel very bad that I let this fall through the cracks. Could you please call (317)775-1011 or email me at James@joe-schmo.co so we can make it up to you? I would have called you personally, there isn't a phone number on your concierge request. Thank you for writing the review and letting me know there was a problem and I really hope you'll let me make it right.
