Joe Schmo was suggested by another happy customer. Eli arrived early and clearly explained everything involved with the project. He did everything, unpacked the new fan, gave upfront pricing depending on how the old fan was attached, quickly and efficiently removed the old, installed the new. He hauled away the old rusted fan. He was friendly, professional, efficient - I can not say enough positives about how he represents his company. I will definitely use Joe Schmo again.

Everything went great. Tony was the electrician who did the work. I had 2 new ceiling fans installed w/new switches. No prior light or fan so this was a fresh install. Replaced master bathroom exhaust fan and installed new can light in the shower stall. Everything went great from initial contact/estimate, scheduling and completion of the work. This particular day was dangerously hot and most of the work involved crawling around the attic. Tony was very efficient and was able to complete the attic work early. Costs and options were very clear and the work was completed perfectly. I will definitely hire them again.

Technician was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out any issues that may create further problems. Honest about when and if needed repairs may need done and did not try to push any additional work other than service I requested.

Joe Schmo was great. I could tell right from the start, during the initial free estimate visit, that they knew what they were doing and they would give me a fair price. While carrying out the actual work, they were very professional. They answered all of my questions and made sure to clean up very well. They were also very fast, but without compromising quality.

Found the problem in 10 minutes and had it repaired in 15 minutes. Answered all questions, very polite and professional. Very happy with their service.

I contacted Joe Schmo Electrical by messaging them through Angie's List. From there, they messaged back promptly and we setup a time to talk. From there, the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They came out to do an estimate and we set a time for the ceiling fan to be installed. The electrician they sent out was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient with his time. I was surprised at how reasonably priced they were while maintaining such high quality--I won't use another electrical company again!

They were amazing to work with, Everything from setting up the appointment with Rachelle to finishing up the job. I had four recessed lights put in and it looks incredible.

All 3 times we had him come out, Eli has done an excellent job! He is always very polite and courteous, gets the work done quickly (but correctly) and always cleans up any mess when he is finished. We have been quite pleased with the installations of all of our lighting fixtures and fans. We also felt that the pricing was reasonable for what we had done. If we ever need any additional lighting fixtures installed or other electrical work, we would definitely hire them again (and request Eli).

Fantastic! They showed up exactly when they said they would. ( They quoted the job on a Tuesday and had all of the work scheduled for that Saturday! ) They were very professional and considerate of our family and our home. They did a fantastic job. At the end, they cleaned up all of their work. We were very pleased with the job! Highly recommend them! We will continue to use them for all of our electrical needs.

Overall, it went very well. The two-man crew arrived when projected. They completed the work quickly and with minimal disruption to us (including the dogs). They seemed to have done a quality job. And they left the work locations without any scrap or cleanup work for me to do.

Unknown to me, the light box had a back feed connection that required proper hook up. When the tech first opened the box he knew instantly what to do and how to fix

I cannot say enough good things about the entire Joe Schmo team! From start to finish, this has been a wonderful experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, professional, personable, and have done a great job on my house. They completely re-wired the house (in some rather tight and awkward spaces) and installed a new panel. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of electrical work. So lucky to have found them!

I called and asked if they could get it disconnected so that I could find a replacement for it. They offered to come out the next day and I was super impressed by the expediency. I’m looking for a new light and hope to have them come out soon to install it.

Awesome service! Scheduled work on a Sunday at no additional cost. The problem was found and fixed in under an hour. It was a broken wire and a new junction box was installed in a closet, new wire rand, and the circuit was fixed. Gave an honest assessment of circuit breaker box and the estimate to replace it was $1000 less than a competitor and much more in line with national averages. We will definitely use Joe Schmo for this work in the future.

My house needed a total upgrade from a quirky combination of older phases to modern, reliable wiring. The workers were professional, personable, prompt, skilled, and able to explain the issues to me. Their fees were billed per switch, outlet, and fixture, so it didn't increase my cost when they encountered unanticipated challenges that slowed things down.

He installed two indoor outlet and one outside outlet and repaired some wiring . He was clean courteous, polite and efficient.
