Jimdandi Painting

Looking through Angie's List, as I do for many of my services, I came across this fantastic offer from JIMDANDI painting for $249, a painter for a day. I did some reading, following up on reviews, and found only positive feedback about this company and the painters, so I decided to purchase this great offer. I contacted Dan, the owner, and set up a time for him to come and paint; however, due to my extremely busy work schedule at the time, I had to cancel. He was extremely understanding and said when things slowed down to give him a call. Finally, a few months later, I had some time and called Dan back to schedule. I explained to him that I did have some other painting that I needed to have done and I was concerned it was going to take longer than a day, so we set up a time that he could evaluate the project. To my surprise I was very happy to hear that he and another painter should be able to complete the project in a day. Dan also offered to change the light bulbs in a ceiling light in the stairwell that was very difficult to reach. So we set up a time and on 1/28/2016, Dan and another one of his painters arrive promptly at 8:30am and completed the project by 2:15pm. With the other painter and the larger area, 3 more man hours were needed for an extra $93.75, which I thought was extremely reasonable. The total price came to $342.75. I had already purchased the paint, but they came in with all the other supplies. I was not there when they completed the project, but when I got home, it was perfect. I would highly recommend JINDANDI Painting; Dan was extremely professional, flexible, prompt and the painting was flawless.

Service was exceptional. We had our kitchen repainted...lots of detail work and rather large area as it included the breakfast area with high ceilings. They also painted our two story entryway. We just needed the parts that were too high for us to paint. Couldn't ask for more professional work. We were very pleased with everything from their prompt service, professional work ethic and great paint job. Would recommend them to family and friends with no reservations.

Two painters came and worked for four hours. They were punctual, very professional and even did some extra patch up work that I asked for. They did a good job with the painting

I called Dan rather last minute to see if he could paint my son's bedroom prior to us moving in to the house. He called me back quickly, asked some questions and got the room painted in a day. The job wasn't a small one - but, you wouldn't know it. All four walls were originally red; the trim needed painted (and was peeling in areas), windows needed painted, as did a ceiling. I had Dan paint the walls a light grey and one black chalkboard wall. The trim was a last minute addition, but turned out great and was no problem. Everything looks wonderful! Even my skeptic husband was pleasantly surprised. I will use him again for other paint jobs, without a doubt!

Excellent, scheduled a day and time for an estimate. Showed up on time, explained what had to be done and quoted a price. Set up day and time to perform service. Explained process as I checked in with them. Completed work and answered all my questions. All was cleaned up and my ceiling looks fantastic. Very pleased with work done and very pleased with all communication throughout the process.

Dan did an excellent job. The house looks amazing and I would recommend and hire him again. Reliable, professional, excellent at what he does and timely. A great guy to work with. I highly recommend him for any job. I came home from work and it looked like he hadn't been there (everything was totally cleaned up) except for the fabulous exterior of our home. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely be utilizing his services again in the future. Thanks!!

Dan was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to the initial quote for services and throughout the entire process. They sprayed the aluminum siding and brush painted the shutters and doors. It looks really slick. I will definitely use them again for future paint projects. They even painted 2 additional storm doors at no extra cost!

They did a superb job and far exceeded my expectations, I couldn't be happier with the results! Dan and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient and were able to accomplish more than I expected! Prior to my painting date I had made a meager attempt to patch a medium size area on one wall; the outcome definitely wasn't the best. They sanded it down and skimmed the area again, used fans to speed up the drying process and were still able to apply 2 coats of paint that day. I have to say the wall looks perfect now! The stair well walls were awkward and tall, I would never have attempted them on my own, but they didn't hesitate at all. I've been living with the original contractor flat white paint for 11 years.....needless to say they were looking worn and dingy, but thanks to Dan and his team now they look fresh and new again! I would give them an A+ in all areas if the system would allow. I'm extremely happy with their work and will use their services again. I highly recommend Jimdandi Painting!

We originally just got an estimate for painting the outside of the house and replacing the rotted wood. But after we signed the contract, we asked them to add on the doors. Dan offered to put on new hardware we had bought and furnish all paint for the projected work. He had a chart and I picked out paint that was perfect. Dan also gave me a start up date and was able to start over a week ahead of schedule because of good weather. He matched the paint perfectly to the trim around our new windows and every thing else went smoothly. They were here every day on time, did their job and cleaned up afterwards. Dan is especially good at caulking and detail. We were highly impressed with their work ethic, their professionalism and honesty. I am rather OCD, so I expected a perfect job. And it was indeed perfect. We really are impressed with Jimdandi Painting. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Dan did a great job. He worked us into his schedule very quickly. He is very efficient and worked non-stop the whole day. The price was very reasonable too . Everything looked great when he left. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a painter.

Dan and his team were simply outstanding. On time, cleaned up any mess and the quality of work was top notch. Crazy if you do not at least talk to Dan about your painting needs.

He was AMAZING and went the extra mile to help us out. He came on a saturday which he told my husband he never does and we are so appreciative because with just moving from VA and starting new jobs we could not have taken time during the week. He also stayed a little longer to get us to a point where we could finish up by ourselves. My husband is so grateful for all the extra little painting tips that he learned. Worked on a tight schedule that included part of a holiday weekend so we could get major rooms painted before we moved into a new house. Very professional and efficient, and the quality of the work was great. We will call again!

I had to cancel last minute my first appointment and Dan was accommodating. Then he called me the following Thursday night saying he just had a opening appear and I took the Friday slot. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He did such a good job I just had him quote to paint the outside of my house.

Jimdandi does excellent work. he is a real perfectionist and has great decorating ideas. I was thrilled with the outcome of the stairway after removing the old carpet. He was aware of my deadline and finished promptly without question. I highly recommend his work.

Dan showed up on time and quickly got to work. We have a loft so there were high ceilings and a staircase to deal with so this was not a DIY project. Dan is an experienced painter with all the equipment needed to paint in difficult places. Once everything was cut in, which took most of the day, getting two coats on the wall went quickly. Dan was careful in not getting paint on the floor or furniture. Our walls look great. A big plus with Dan is that he is easy to work with and someone I felt comfortable having in my home.

He was very polite and respectful. He worked very hard. He worked in each of the bathrooms painting the walls and trim. He had good attention to detail. Although he was here all day he only took a short break for lunch. When he arrived at the beginning of the day, we looked at each room and he confirmed what needed to be done. I provided the paint and he brought all of the other materials and tools. I love the look of each bathroom. This was my first experience with a professional painter and I'm happy with the result.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List. Dan was very responsive and easy to schedule with. He was on time, courteous and did a great job on our project. He is very knowledgable and reliable. We will use jIMDANDI PAINTING again.
