EXCELLENT! I cannot say enough about the quality of the work and the professional nature of Dan and his team. They did an absolutely amazing job. While I am never thrilled about having to spend money on such things as exterior painting, I am now trying to think of other jobs to hire these guys again. Thank you Jimdandi for an absolutely beautiful looking home!

We couldn't have had a better experience. Dan was responsive and great to work with. We asked them to start on a Monday and be finished by Friday since we were moving in on that following Saturday. They actually started early and were able to wrap up a day earlier than expected, too. I would absolutely use them again!

Dan and his assistant worked two full days. As indicated in the other reviews, they were prompt, efficient and courteous, They ran into a problem with the stripping and were not able to complete that process satisfactorily. At that point my only option was to have the door and entry way painted, I was disappointed but that was the way it was. After completing the job at the end of the second day I asked who to make the check out to and he said there was no charge because he wasn't able to do what I had requested of the job. I almost fainted. Never has that ever happened. Not just because of this, but because Dan is meticulous and professional in what he does he will have my future business.

Dan and his crew were amazing to work with! They were professional and punctual. Each day they arrived at 8:30 and worked until 5; always making sure to clean up perfectly. The painting is absolutely PERFECT. The job they did was outstanding and we can't wait to hire them again for the remainder of our projects.

Dan and his two-man crew did an excellent job. Dan was easy to contact and kept me informed when they would be there and of their progress. (There were some rainy days). They were meticulous every step of the process--pressure washing, replacing a facia board, nailing down loose siding, prime coat, two coats of paint. They cleaned up everything when the job was complete. He was a bit higher priced than some other companies, but this was no slap dash get it done and move on to another job deal. Those three men were perfectionists and would not leave until I was completely satisfied. Neighbors who had just had their house painted said JimDandi was far superior to the man they had hired and they wished they had hired JimDandi. I would highly recommend this company.

They did excellent work! Finished early and so I had them paint ceiling in entry. My bedroom has tray ceilings with crown molding on the inside and crown molding around outer edge. I have more rooms to paint since fixing foundation cracked about every wall / ceiling. I painted my hall, kitchen and dining room. I will hire JIMDANDI Painting to do the rest of the house, they really are that good.

Amazing! Dan who is the owner and his helper do all the painting. They are very meticulous and careful. They came in after a botched painting job by another contractor, and did a great job of fixing everything. These are the best painters that I have ever worked with. They even did some extra work that was not on the estimate and did not charge me because they thought it was necessary to make the job look right. We had a special event coming up and they even rearranged their schedule to accommodate our deadlines. Look no further if you need a painter.

Project started on time and was completed one day later than expected because of changes in the scope of the project (doors and trim) requested by me. Excellent work with much patching (I had 55 wall hangings and some had toggle bolts). Additional work due to nail popping and inadequate corner finish by the original builder. Used a high quality brand of paint as I requested and left one gallon cans of unused paint for future patching and retouching. This painter was extremely professional. They were quiet, did not smoke, were gentle in moving the furniture and rugs. I have not found one paint drop on any of the flooring, appliances, or furniture. The painter suggested I go with a lesser sheen than the eggshell originally proposed for the walls. It was and excellent suggestion. No bleed through of previous color or missed spots have been found. I had only two bids. One contractor from another referral service did not show up. Both bids were within $100 of each other. I will use this painter again for bathrooms and a third bedroom. and painting of kitchen cabinets.

The owner did everything he said he would do including calling back and showing up on time. I used the special offer posted on Angies List. The painter went right to work taping and patching. The job was done quick, efficient and looks beautiful. You will not be disappointed with this company.

Dan is extremely good at what he does. We have had 2 other painting companies in our home and Dan ranks as the best and the only painting company I would hire again. His attention to detail is excellent, his prep work is the best I have ever seen, and our completed job looks absolutely amazing. His pricing is fair and reasonable, especially considering the work he does. There are 0 drips on our walls, he missed nothing, and cleaned up after each job. He used my sink only to wash brushes, clean, neat, and careful. I will hire him again in a heartbeat and we are already planning our next painting job. He also recommended a few paint colors which gave me a place to start in trying to find the right color, which was helpful. We went with Bungalow Beige for Kitchen and Livingroom, Agreeable Gray for hallway and Gray Sanctuary for Laundry (all SW). I loved my house before but love it more now.

We have owned three homes in Hamilton and Marion County over the past 30 years, and I can honestly say that Dan proved to be one of the most positive "contractor" experiences we have been a part of! Dan was responsive and professional from the moment he arrived for the job estimate. He is extremely customer-oriented and respectful. I knew immediately from his pleasant demeanor and details of his past experience that Dan was the person I would want in our home for this extended painting project. Because of his experience in painting, we were able to trust his opinions and suggestions as this was a job that evolved over three weeks. Dan and John were ALWAYS on time with their top notch vehicles, trailer and equipment. They paid particular attention to neatness and cleaning up as they worked, and completely tidied up at the end of every work day. Dan and John are friendly, polite and pleasant, hardworking and so quiet I almost forgot they were in our home a few times! Most important, the quality and expertise of their painting resulted in beautiful walls. Dan is such a perfectionist, who clearly cared more about the details than even I did. This resulted in our home looking better than ever in the areas he painted, repairing walls and baseboards. He helped me to set my standards higher, so I cannot go back to mediocre service ever again! Because John is so well versed in paint products and color, we were able to quickly switch to the right shade before our entire house took on an unintended hue that he noticed and pointed out. Dan is responsive, as some of our requests changed and increased, he politely found a way to meet our needs. I would say Dan and John go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and relationship with the clients. We have already hired him again and have recommended them to all of our neighbors. Dan and John began this rather large job mid- February and ended in the first week of March. They did a PHENOMENAL job. As a long time landlord and remodeler, I have hired a lot of trades. I've never had a painter in nearly 20 years after whom I did not have to at least touch up some area (or wall/ceiling area) once he departed. In fact, I had fired the guy I had unwisely hired right before I found Dan, because the former painter left raised globs of primer on several walls, and the helper left raised lap lines all over my original swirled ceilings. I let that guy go on the spot, once I saw it. So it was a real mess in these rooms by the time I found Dan. Enter Dan of Jimdandi Painting to save the day. He arrived when he said he would, began the job precisely when he said he would, and worked really hard, as did his employee, John, to do a beautiful job. They painted all trim and doors, all ceilings, all walls on two floors, the upper hallway and ceiling going to the basement, a vanity, and spray-painted the kitchen cabinets. Basically every speck of this house needed to be painted. It took longer than expected and more paint than expected, because apparently, my house was a "sponge" after so many years. Dan and John both were helpful and responsive, giving opinions of the colors I had selected when asked, and even painting a large section of my top choice on the wall in the room I was considering. Dan in particular sees color very well, so he saw that a color was more greenish than I would like, and that sort of advice was helpful. I took a bit of time to finalize selections in a couple of rooms, and Dan was understanding, as there was lots to do. I'm only doing this once per house! It turned out beautifully, and I,the most particular client on the planet, will not be repainting or touching up a single thing now that Dan and John finished. Thanks, Dan! You guys rock, and I'm having you back for my next phase (basement room when finished and garage -as it was too cold before). Hire Dan. You won't be sorry.

Called Dan to see if he could do the work in a 3 week timeframe. We set a date, he told me how to calculate the amount of paint needed and recommended particular brands at Sherwin Williams. He called the night before to confirm the job, then he and his worker showed up promptly ready to work. Dan listened to my questions/comments and then prepped the area. He carefully covered all the floors, put plastic on furniture, even covered the banister. They did a great job and touched up when finished. Before leaving they made sure we checked everything carefully and cleaned up extremely well. I will definitely call him for our next painting job. It's refreshing to meet someone with such pride in his work.
