JC'S PLUMBING

They had to remove toilet to get out item that had been flushed down the toilet. Drip on kitchen drain was fixed as well. They arrived about an hour after I called them. Completed work in a timely manner and kept me informed about work being done. Job went great and I will hire again!!

Great! I have had Joe come out for plumbing work several times. Both services within a good price range and he always gets the job done quickly. :)

We called him because he was local and his reviews here on Angie's List were good. I spoke with his wife, I believe, to make the appointment. Then she had me call his cell phone directly and explain what we needed. It was timely and great to talk to him directly so he could ask me questions as I was not great at explaining what was happening. I explained it was not urgent. This was an extra bathroom. My husband had tried to fix it but was not able to do so. We scheduled the appointment and he said he would call before he was on his way as he would be coming from another job. We ended up calling him after not hearing from him. He apologized as another job was running long. (Certainly, that happens. I imagine there is only so much you can control,) We were nearby and he came out after a long day. He and my husband went over what had been done. It ended being a simple fix. He did not charge us at all and was very nice. We have passed his name on already and will use him again.

John dropped by at the end of a long day to perform the service. We have used JC for years and always been very happy with the quality of the job and the price.

Perfect, researched what was going on and recommended replacing the injector sump pump. Was very helpful and answered all my questions.

We had an emergency with our disposal. JC's was great to respond with same day service. We were very happy with the service performed & will use JC's again.

Joe has come out a number of times at our prior home to clean our drain of roots. He is very nice and does a good job with drain cleaning, and did a nice job redoing our sewer pipe.

I have used them several times for straight plumbing, and they always do a good job for a fair price.

Joe and his helper did a really good job, with our plumbing problems. Joe explained what was wrong and what it would take to solve the problem. He was very polite and professional and he was on time. We would rehire without question

They took my bath area down to the studs and put the walls in crooked, and the tile in crooked. I'm going to have to rip out their work and start over. These people might be good plumbers, but they are not good tile-workers.

2 men came out. They cleaned the sink drain and its working fine. While I was cleaning up I did notice a leak, and called them and they came back immediately and fixed the leak. They recommended some work that needs to be done.

THEY WERE ON-TIME, VERY POLITE AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE $100+ EXTRA FEE THAT OTHER COMPANIES WANTED FOR WORKING ON THE WEEKEND.
