Mike was out quickly that morning. He diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in no time. He also walked me through how to bypass the water softener over the phone so we could get ready for the day. Thanks!!

I had water leaking/standing in mine and it was 16 years old, so it definitely needed replaced. They fit us in quickly so we didn't have to go without hot water for long, which I so appreciated because I have 2 young kiddos. They charge fair prices and are super honest. They are the "good ol boys" as I like to say.
