 + -1 moreHe did really poor quality work and didn't know what he was doing half the time. He ended up leaving the job unfinished, because he couldn't figure out how to finish it.

 + 0 morePlease disregard all of my last reports. He took 3 months on a bathroom remodel before I fired him. Didn't give me back material I paid for. The next contractor that I had come in stated that the vast majority of the work would have to be redone because of the extremely poor workmanship. And - he or his crew ordered a number of pornographic pay per view on my cable system when they should have been "working".
Description of Work: Attempted to renovate a bathroom.

 + 2 moreWonderful. Jake was such a pleasure to work with and did a great job. Very responsive as well as a great value for the money.
Description of Work: Jack constructed some outside columns for a porch, resealed exterior windows, hung a ceiling fan as well as replaced a couple of windows.
