THEY CLOSED OUR POOL AND WHEN WE OPENED THE POOL UP WE HAD MOLD AND THE WATER WAS SO CLOUDED AND GREEN LIKE LAKE WATER. WE CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME OUT AND CHECK THE ISSUES. NOW THEY WILL NOT TAKE OUR CALLS. SO DISAPPOINTED AND NOW WE NEED A NEW LINER FROM THE MOLD. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They are a small company and their price is reasonable. They are very courteous, thorough and quick. They are in and out in nothing flat. They are very prompt and flexible in working with my schedule.

The experience was good. The cost of the pool cover depends on the size of the pool so it's all relative. It was a fair price. They were knowledgeable and fine. It's been good with them.

They are very dependable. You can call them and get answers to your questions at anytime. The charges are all different and it depends on what they do. Their price is fine. They came out when they were supposed to come out. They were punctual. They were on time and they are very professional. I've used them for umpteen years; at least for the last eight to ten years. I've referred them to several of my friends. I will use their services again in the future.

I have had good luck with Jack. He does a good job. The prices are reasonable and he does quality work. Another pool service recommended him to me.

The opening and closing work that they did on the pool was okay. However, we have had nothing but problems with the pool cover since day one. Our most recent problem was the switch which has always been sticking. Most recently, when opening the pool the switch would not turn off causing the pool cover to run off of the back track. The pool cover (which was also still under warranty) tore and would not close. My frustration is that they will not return phone calls, and when you finally reach them, they will not call you back. You are always put on a list and never told a definite time that they will come out and fix the problem. For safety/liability reasons, we were in immediate need of having the pool closed that same day. They would not come out and would not even provide me with a time that they would even be able to come, so we were forced to call another company. That company came out that same day to close the pool and evaluate the problem. They came back a few days later to repair the cover and replace the switch and we are now finally able to use the swimming pool.

I TALK TO OTHER SERVICES THAT WERE CHEAPER, BUT WENT WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE RECOMMENDED.

THEY'VE OPENED AND CLOSED OUR POOL FOR YEARS. THEY'VE ALSO DONE SERVICE TOO. IT'S A HUSBAND AND WIFE AND THEY SEEM TO REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

NO ONE COULD POSSIBLY KNOW MORE ABOUT POOLS THAN HE DOES. HE DOES ALL OF ROGERS POOLS WORK. HE DOESNT NEED TO ADVERTISE. INSTALLED OUR POOL 19 YEARS AGO AND REMEMBERS ALL OF THE DETAILS.
