Amazingly well. This was on one of the hottest days of the summer. Received a referral from another Angie's list member who could not come out the evening that I called. He was available and come out within an hour and a half. This was after hours when I called. About 6-pm. No extra charge for the evening call. Very professional. Very honest. Pinpointed the problem. Fixed it. All in under an hour. An honest, professional who repairs what needs to be fixed and did not charge the $300.00 I have been quoted by other providers.

He went and looked for everywhere for the smell. He came out the same day when I told him what it was. He was very responsive. He has come out every time I need help. It's always been something small. He is very good and he will tell me what I need to do with things. He explains what to look for.

I WOULD RECOMMEND JIM TO MY MOTHER! JIM IS VERY FRIENDLY, PROMPT, AND AFFORDABLE. JIM WAS CONCERNED THAT WE HAD TO LIVE A DAY WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING AND SHOWED UP PROMPTLY THE NEXT DAY TO INSTALL THE UNIT. I HAVE BEEN IN THE HOME IMPROVEMENT BUSINESS FOR 13 YEARS AND HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING SOMEONE THAT HAS THE SAME VALUES AND DESIRES TO PLEASE A CUSTOMER AS I DO. JIM IS AN A++++ PERSON.
