I signed a contract with Jay Eversole to install 40 yr shingles on my roof. I noticed that they delivered 30 yr shingles and I questioned Jay about this. He said that he would have to charge more to install 40 yr shingles, even though the contract was quoted for 40 yr shingles. I refused to pay more and he took away the 30 year shingles and never gave my money back. He admitted his guilt in court, promised to repay me and never has honored his debt. He currently has a judgment against him and a lien on his house. If he is stopped for any reason he will be arrested. Jay is a thief and belongs in jail.

I wouldn't see them for a few days but would say they'd be here. They'd say they'd be here but they were never reliable. They just worked as they wanted to work. They did eventually complete the work and as far as we can tell they might have done a good job except for a leak around our chimney that is dripping into the garage. That was the reason we hired them to begin with. I called them again a week ago and they said they be back to check it out but I haven't heard from them. They also keep promising to provide the warranty on our roofing or anything in writing about the guarantees they informed us about on their workmanship on all other services. My report here to Angie's List and the grades provided are relevant to the experience to date I've had with this company. This company has not satisfied the work agreement until the leak is repaired and the warranties and guarantees are presented. The communication problems and responsiveness have been ongoing since the beginning. It is now June. I will use Angie's List from now on to hire ongoing services.
