+ -1 moreHe is really good and he was really good with my dog. He was clean, neat, professional, and nice. He showed up on time, did the job, and did it well. I can’t complain. He was a subcontractor and the price was part of the larger cost, but I got a fair price.

+ -1 moreI was leaving for spring break when the shower head broke off in the wall. I had to catch my flight so panicked I called Jay McCord. He was off that day but realized my problem so he assured me it would be taken care of. He showed up, made the necessary repairs, made sure there was no damage inside the wall, cleaned up the mess that I had left. By the time I landed at my first layover, I called and he had finished everything. Great quality and prices. I will not use anyone else.
Description of Work: Shower head broke off in the wall - called that morning, he was out right away (even though he was off that day) replaced the shower head, made sure there was no further damage, and cleaned up the mess.

+ -1 moreI haven?t actually met him in person. However, when I call him, he returns my call. My tenants have been happy with his work and I am happy with his work. I get the invoice first and then I get to pay him off the invoice which I like. The only issue that I have is that sometimes when I call, I couldn?t get hold of him right away. I leave a message and he returns my call. I understand that because he is a one man plumber. He is a small business.
Description of Work: J & S Plumbing checked on a hot water heater and cleaned a filter that was clogged. I have used him on 3 other jobs as well.
