IRRIGATION PLUS

I called the company and they said that they did come out and clear the lines. I never received any notice this in any way. They said they left a flag in the yard as notification that they had been there. I had asked them to leave a note or to contact me after the work was completed and they did not.

Crew arrived on-time and performed work satisfactorily, a bit very pricey for the task. Tom Hufford (owner)later left a phone message informing me he owed me a wrench to shut off the water supply and would drop it off. The invoice arrived and I left a message asking if credit card payment was accepted. The call was not returned and I paid for the work (total invoice amount) by personal check in a timely manner. During the past year I left six messages asking when the wrench would be delivered or where I might buy one. No response. The wrench cost $30 and I purchased one. Irrigation Plus performed work on my system for more than five years, including the 2006 winterization but now refuses to return telephone calls. I have no idea why. I actually left a message two weeks ago asking if they were still in business and received no reply. Consequently, I feel compelled to provide a miserable rating for them which I absolutely believe they deserve.

Tom and Lisa are very pleasant, and they are always professional. They do a good job, and also good about returning calls. Their company does quality work.

THEY WERE THE LAST PEOPLE TO TOUCH IT. HE SAID THERE WERE OTHER FACTORS THAT COULD CAUSE IT. HE WORKED FOR 15 MINUTES AND CHARGED ME FOR AN HOUR. I FEEL THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR. THEY WOULD NOT BUDGE ON IT. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DO DECENT WORK, BUT I RARELY GET A CHANCE TO SPEAK WITH HIM. I USUALLY JUST GET A BILL FOR THE WORK THATS BEEN DONE.

VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.

FOR SEVERAL REASONS, I AM QUITE SURE THEY NEVER PERFORMED THE TEST THEY SAY THEY DID.

DID WORK WITHOUT ESTIMATE, OVERCHARGED.
