Service was provided on a Sunday when my heat went down on a morning that was 15 degrees. Technicians responded quickly, kept in touch with me, ended up coming out earlier than predicted, was very professional, kind and completed the job. I now have heat. Thank you.

Their knowledge of HVAC systems and their customer service was absolutely outstanding . They installed their system after removing the old one, cleaned everything up and were gone in a matter of a few hours. Like I said....... outstanding !!!

They replaced our entire HVAC system, including a Carrier high efficiency heat pump.

Communication was amazing! They called to make sure I was ok with them arriving early. Serviceman was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive as I explained the issues. And took the time to explain to me what happened! Not to mention they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and advised me on what to watch for as my unit is older. Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend!

Great guy! Didn’t take him long to solve the problem!

The technician quickly diagnosed the problem. Since my HVAC system is close to 20 years old, he recommended consideration of a new unit rather than a costly repair. As a next step, I have a meeting scheduled with an Irish Air sales rep to discuss options,

Irish Air was fantastic to work with, they were quick to set up an appointment, followed all local guidelines during these times, showed up and completed the work in a professional manner. While they were here they played a plastic covering in the carpet to keep all dirt and debris from getting into the carpet. Once work was complete they made sure that I was satisfied prior to receiving payment. They will be my first call if I need anything in the future.

Great communication, very responsive and professional. They were able to fix my unit by diagnosing the issue and replacing the part quickly the same day as my request.

Every single person I came in contact with at Irish Air could not have been more helpful. Plus, I like the idea of a family business.

Initial diagnosis was incorrect, but they followed up quickly with correct repair. No charge for initial parts.

They were willing to work over the phone with me under the current COVID-19 environment where others were not. The pricing was very competitive for replacing the blower motor and wheel. I will not hesitate to use them in future needs.

They were polite, on time, they wore masks when we discussed the project. They laid down plastic on our carpet to protect it while they worked. They cleaned up after themselves and fully tested the equipment.

They did excellent work, went out of their way to order and replace an inverter board the same day on a very hot day and our Carrier Infinity is up and running again. It was much appreciated !
