Irish Air & Heating

Got quoted a very large amount to repair my AC unit by a different company. Called Irish Air to get a second opinion and was blown away by the service! They came out next day and after a quick review, they identified I was misquoted by the previous company and explained what they found vs the first company. Their findings made so much more sense as I was not experiencing any issues, Irish Air reassured me things are fine. Irish Air has gained a customer for life.

Service was provided on a Sunday when my heat went down on a morning that was 15 degrees. Technicians responded quickly, kept in touch with me, ended up coming out earlier than predicted, was very professional, kind and completed the job. I now have heat. Thank you.

Their knowledge of HVAC systems and their customer service was absolutely outstanding . They installed their system after removing the old one, cleaned everything up and were gone in a matter of a few hours. Like I said....... outstanding !!!

They replaced our entire HVAC system, including a Carrier high efficiency heat pump.

Communication was amazing! They called to make sure I was ok with them arriving early. Serviceman was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive as I explained the issues. And took the time to explain to me what happened! Not to mention they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and advised me on what to watch for as my unit is older. Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend!
