Everything about the service and the technician was great. I had a time concern and they, Jim, worked me into their schedule and even gave me a discount. The technician was professional in appearance, manor and did a thorough job. Only thing I would suggest is an invoice and receipt be given at the time of service, detailing what was done and charged. The technician said he would email it to me and it's only been a couple of days but I will feel better when I get that.He said something about a contract but I'm not clear what he meant by that either. It could be that he didnt because he worked me in his already set schedule. I will certainly recommend them and use them again. Judie Todd Plainfield,IN

Professionals from start to finish! We got estimates from close to 10 other companies before deciding to go with Irish Air. Jake, our sales rep, took the time to answer all of our many questions. He and his dad Jim (the owner) worked with us to get the right system (heat pump and furnace) to suit our needs and budget. Our head installer, Tim, and his team did an excellent job. Tim took extra time to inform us about the system and the new thermostat. Great equipment, great service, great price.

Irish air is definitely my go to for any hvac issues I have. They are quick to respond and easy to schedule with. They are easily able to find out what issue you are having with your system. They give you options on fixing the issue. I believe that they are extremely honest and fair. Will definitely be using them again.

Jim came in on New Year's Day and couldn't get the old furnace going. He spent time trying to get my gas fireplace to work....unfortunately was unsuccessful.....but that isn't something he normally fixes and he had no parts for it. Then he helped me get my electric heater out from behind and under things so I could stay warm. All of his workers were respectful of my property and they worked many hours trying to determine why the new furnace wasn't working properly and found an issue that they would never have expected in a condo. Would call them again......and would recommend them to others.

I was without heat and the temperatures were plummeting. Irish Air was quick to respond and replaced my furnace the very next day. What an amazing company to work with! Prices were very fair as well with varying options provided and no heavy hard sale pitch...A+++

My heat would not turn on this fall. Jim came out and figured out I had a critter lodged in my fan. I had chicken wire over the outside flue but a hole had worn out of the middle, just big enough for a little bird to fly into. All fixed, debirded, for 132.00 and I have heat!!
