The project was top notch. Mr. James Snyder from Irish Air not only did consistently show up on time, but did everything is possible to accommodate our schedule. Yet Mr. Snyder had finished the project early and saved big $$$ for us. Thank you so much! Final project turned out great: Mr. Snyder worked on replacement, and a proper installation of furnace' gas pipe, according to the code, which was initially violated by original contractor.

I received a call from Irish air within minutes of submitting a request for service. He was in the area of my home, which was without heat, and offered to stop by on his way to another job. I told him there were several small children in the home, which I think helped prioritize the situation. He called me with a price for repair, waived the service call fee, and the furnace was fixed promptly. I will definitely use Irish Air in the future and will recommend them.

Jim was very prompt in initiating the call and then do the necessary follow up. Upon my explanation of what I was looking for he offered his free second opinion visit with absolutely no sales pitch. After concurring with the original diagnosis he beet the original estimate by over $100.00 and fixed the problem. And then he did the follow up after 2 days to make sure everything was working fine.

I felt that the service was excellent in many ways. In my initial contact, there was an immediate response to assess the situation. As a woman, I particularly appreciated the fact that he was in no way sexist - Jim, the technician, listened to my concerns,was knowledgeable about heating options, responded to my questions with facts and figures, and provided options that were very appropriate and workable so that I could make an informed decision.

They came to work on-time and installed the furnace and air conditioner as contracted. Jim was informative and personable.

Jim was very friendly and explained what he did very clearly. They charged a very fair price. I would recommend Irish Air to anyone havnig service done on their furnace.

Irish called right away to scheule an appointment and their office called me before they showed up to let me know he was on his way. I purchased the incorrect thermostat but Jim bought the correct one and and installed it the next day. He also did a maintenance check and freon check on the system. The price was right and the service was great.

Irish Air came out to our house, diagnosed the problem and then worked with us to fix the problem. Fast, friendly, and expert service that saved us thousands of dollars (cost of replacing tha AC unit). Thank you for taking care of us.

Called within 5 minutes of my request. Arived on time. Tried his best to make a economical repair, but alas my A/C was 60 days out of a 10 yr warranty. He then spend some time trying to get me the best price for the job . It's too expensive to do right now ,but they will get my work. Thank you

One thing I am always concerned with a service company is the company trust worthy. Are they trying to sell you something you don't need. I found this company very trust worthy and they did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. They saved me money because they found a way to fix the old stuff and not try to get me to replace something that was not necessary. I would absolutely use them again.
