5* customer service! Almost immediately after I entered my request into Service Magic, the phone rang, it was Jim Snyder...he wanted to find out more about my needs. He was willing to come to my house w/in 30 min, but I told him that I had another company was on the way to quote a price for a new furnace, what I really wanted was a repair. I called when the rep left and Jim Snyder came right over. They repaired my HVAC, saving me a lot of money. My system is working well! Irish Air is courteous, competent, fast, efficient and less expensive than their competition! I will continue to use them , and would recommend them to others!!

I am not sure that I have ever worked with a service/repair company that made me feel so comfortable and trusting. Jim was very honest and thorough with his explanations of what he felt needed to be done and never once tried to recommend unnecessary work. I just feel like it is hard to find a company anymore (unless you know someone personally) that you can totally trust to not be overcharging you by doing unnecessary work.....Jim was very polite and respectful and you felt like when he spoke to you he was very sincere and treated you the way he would want to be treated. It is certainly refreshing to find someone you feel you can trust!

Our air conditioner stopped functioning on July 3rd or 4th. I made the request through Servicemagic on July 5th. No sooner had I put the info in that I received a call to inquire about the exact needs for my request. They said that they would send someone as soon as they could. Well, the technician arrived about 2 hours after the call! Matt did a fantastic job repairing the air conditioner and making sure that everything was fine to ensure that we wouldn't have problems in the future either. We are VERY pleased with everything.

I gave them 5 stars because that is the max. they would allow. Irish Air deserves at least 10 stars. Our problem was worse than we had imagined, but Irish Air fixed it on a weekend for about the same price we would have anticipated for the minor problem we thought we had during a weekday. We will never go anywhere else for our heating or cooling needs. They are family owned and treated us like we were part of their family. Their biggest concern was that we were 1000% happy when they finished. They reached their goal and more. I would highly recommend Irish Air to everyone I know.

I was told by another company that i need to replace my a/c for between 5-7 thousand dollars. Jim called within minutes of using servicemagic and he arrived at my home within a half hour. He had my sytem up and running within 10 minute. He told me that I need a repair but it could wait and would only cost me about 150-250 dollars. Jim Snyder made my day, and he will be my heating and air guy from now on. Joe M

Our air went out the 4th day after we had just brought our baby girl home from the hospital. It was Sunday evening on memorial day memorial day weekend and with only one call to Irish Air they were out that very same evening at 8 PM! They not only gave amazing customer service but they were quick, and knowledgable. Irish Air was not concerned about the amount of money they could take from us, but rather how they could make us true customers.

They rock!!!!!! They were prompt and VERY reasonable in price. Also they were very knowledgable about the business of servicing HVAC systems. They're more concerned about their customers than the cost of the service. :)

well they show up and fixed the problem in a flash then i had aptoblem with ut again and i called a few days later and they showed up in a flash fixed the problem with in the hr i called that was amazing it wad like i was the ai customer i am glad they put us first from my family thank you

JIm called me within five minutes of submitting my request and went over all the possibilities and the prices. I did let him know that I had another call out and was waiting to hear from them. He did NOT pressure me into using him. He told me to call him if he could help and that was that. I ended up calling him back 30-40 mins. later and he arrived withtin a half hour after we hung up. He did a thorough inspection of what could have been wrong and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He was courteous and friendly. Price was excellent. I will recommened this company to anyone and use them for any further problems.

I got a call very quickly and a friendly man called. He was able to go out in the middle of a bunch of snow. He took care of the problem and then called me. He was reasnonable and I never even had to be at the location. It was a lake place.

Everything about their work met or exceeded my expectations. They were extremely professional on the phone and in person, kept me well informed of what needed to be done to fix my problem, and were quick to follow up after completion of work. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. Thank you all for your professionalism and your services!

From a work quality and cost standpoint, I was/am completely satisfied. HOWEVER, Jim told me that he would send me an e-mail confirmation of the warranty which he provided orally; I have never received the warranty information. So I would temper my recommendation to others predicated upon my receival of the warranty.
