Irish Air & Heating

Irish Air performed maintenance and tuned up our 2 furnaces and heat pump. I would definitely reccomend them to family and friends. During the course of the the tune-up, a problem was found that was effecting the efficiency of the system. It was researched and corrected on the spot. I will have Irish Air in annually to check out our systems to insure efficent operation. If I have a problem I'm calling Irish Air. LGW

Told me they would match other offers and they did no questions asked! the service man gave me a courtsy call and was on time , polite , and concerned with leaving my home as clean as he found it. The tech was here same day. He was courtious, friendly, and completed the repair quickly.

Irish Air was one of the first contractors to contact us. I think they had the best overall value for basic maintenance for our HVAC system. After I called them, they were always very good with calling me in a timely manner. Also, they were able to to squeeze us in to their weekend schedule, though I had only called them two days before.

We had a gas leak in our home. I put info into ServiceMagic and immediatly received a call from Irish Air. (The other recommended pros did not call until Monday and one did not call at all). Hearing from Irish Air was very comforting. They were knowledgable and easy to work with (texting and emailing pictures). I was quoted an overall price, as opposed to others I called that could only estimate and charged by the hour. Even when they got in to fix it and realized it was a larger issue (builder error) they stuck to thier price and stayed into the evening to finish the job and make sure our home was safe. GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!

Responded very quickly and had the work completed the same day at a reasonable price. A few months later, we had need to call them again, and since we were pleased with their service the first time, we called them rather than shop around. Despite the fact that they were overbooked servicing customers during the 1st cold snap, they worked us in within 24 hours. Once again, we were very pleased with the end results. They stand behind their work and are very customer service oriented.

Tim came right over and told me what the problem was and what the cost would be. Took him less than fifteen mins. to finish the job, Tim gave me his card and asked to call in the morning to let him know how the air was or was not working. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Jim is extremely friendly and knows his stuff. His priority is not selling you a new unit unless you need one. He is professional, knowledgeable and gives you options for fixing your solutions (if their are more than one). This is my 2nd time using this company (different homes) I will keep coming back for more!

They did a great job getting our a/c up and running.

I used service magic to help find someone quick on a Saturday morning when our air went out on a day where it was going to get in the high 90's. No sooner than I entered my information on here I received a phone call from Jim with Irish Air. I told him what issues I was having and he walked me through some steps over the phone just to see if it was something he could help with without having to come out and charge me. He did end up needing to come out and take a look, but he was at my house within an hour. He was very kind, courtious, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend this company, and if you get a chance, ask for Jim.

Called me as soon as i finished the report on service magic, showed up at noon when he said he would, very nice repair man and very helpful and informative . Price was very reasonable. Professional, couteous, prompt and honest. The technician gave us free tips for keeping the ac running efficiently and did some Preventive maintenance for free while he was here! I will definitely recommend Irish Air to friends or call them again if we need them (hopefully we won't!)

Jim was wonderful, came out on July 5th and repaired the system. He could have really charged me a lot more, but he was very honest and forthright about the issue. Polite, professional, and I found him to be an honest man! I would call him again or if my system every needs to be replaced.

I put in a request for info and within 10 mins had a phone call. The gentleman I spoke with had us on the schedule for before noon. And since I am pregnant and asthmatic as well as have asthmatic children they were out fairly quickly. They did a temporary fix to get my air running and came out the next day and did the permanent one. The guy that came out even told me that what was wrong with my unit was a simple fix and is something that most people get taken to the cleaners on. They are honest and I like that! They are wonderful people and I would recommend them to anyone.
