Thank your for your help. We just wanted to let you know we did go with Irish Air. We loved them and we really appreciated them working so well with us. We would defiantly refer them to anyone who needs a heater or Air.

Almost did not hire Irish Air but price won out and early service has been first rate.

I've hired several contractors for various projects throughout my home and Irish Air has been the most impressive - by far! Jim and his team exceeded all of my expectations, and I would certainly recommend them as the "go-to guys" for all heating and cooling needs.

I was on the phone with them at 9AM and they were at my house by 10AM. They had to replace a furnace blower motor, had it done by 11:30am and by the time I finished writing the check it was already 2 degrees warmer! Fast, friendly, great service!! Highly Reccommend

Irish Air does a great job on service and their prices are the best I have found anywhere in Indianapolis.

We had Irish Air come out to fix a leak in our basement floor from our radiant heat. They gave me a quote saying I would pay no more than that and they hoped to come in under, which they did. They opened up my concrete floor and found the damaged pipes and fixed them. They are even going to fill in the hole with new concrete. The other company I called charged me $94 to tell me they don't open up the floor and the plumber they were going to send out wasn't going to fill it either. Irish Air has earned our business for our heating and cooling needs.

Irish Air was promt in contacting me and quickly scheduled a time to service my furnace. Due to an error on their part my service had to be postponed until the following day. This was not an emergency call so I was fine with the delay. Service was performed the following day and all went well. I requested documentation stating my furnace is in good working order and asked that I be emailed this documentation in wrtiing. Irish Air has failed to send me the requested documentation after I placed a riminder call last week. I have been unable to pay Irish Air as they were to include in the email a credit card payment form.

They came out the next day to install a new furnace and were finished in a few hours. I had no problem contacting them on the phone when I had questions.

To begin with I went on line to get information on my heat pump. I found a listing for Mservicemagic. I sent an email asking for someone to contact me for doing a service check. I barley had time to back to web site to do some more reading when I go a phone call from Jim at Irish Air. He sounded like he knew what he was doing over the phone so I scheduled a service date. On the day of service he called me well ahead of time to see if we were still on for the service. I said yes. He arrived on time when he came. He was very knowledgeable about heat pumps and allowed me to watch and ask questions. I was very pleased.

Very nice, experienced, and intelligent group of people. The first person to call me was very knowledgable and helped me right away by sending someone out. They were quick to get to my house ,even late at night, and diagnose then repair my problem. I have tried a few other hvac service places before, and this one was by-far my best experience. Good pricing and great people, I would highly recommend Irish Air to my friends and family.

Quick honest service....apparently charged me the same for emergency service on Sunday that they would have charged me if I waited until Monday. Very happy with the service done.

Jim Snyder from Irish Air returned my call promptly and was really helpful. He came out to assess my baseboard heating problem the next day! I was surprised that I received this response so quickly because it was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Jim checked out the heater, made sure all systems were go and explained the use of the system to me. When I had a question the next day, he patiently and graciously explained things to me. I felt that he respected me as a consumer and he gave me the customer service that we don't always experience these days.
