Jim with Irish Air came out on one of the hottest days of the year and tried something he wasn't sure would work. It did work, I'm happy to say, and Jim saved us a lot of money with this fix.

They always get us taken care of pretty quickly. They are very reasonable compared to competitors.

The service could not have been any better. I called at or after midnight and my air conditioner was being serviced by 10:00 the next day. It was fixed quickly as he had the parts on the truck. The service person was courteous, friendly and very Knowledgeable. Great job!

Irish Air called me within 2 minutes. They gave me a free second opinion on my central air which wasn't working. It turned out the compressor was bad. Craig recommended I replace both the furnace and the air conditioner.They came out on Sunday to evaluate the unit and back on Memorial Day to replace the unit. They were prompt ,couteous and easy to deal with.Craig forgot to send a filter for the unit so he picked one up a Lowe's and brought it to my house to install the same day. He also installed a restrictor in one of my vents so I would get more air to another room at no added charge. The service I received was excellent !

After having 2 companies come out to my house and telling me I needed to replace my 7 year old heat pump. Irish air came out a after a last minute call, after 5 pm on memorial day weekend and diagnosed the problem in 20 min, and answered every question I had. This small family owned and operated local company is at the top of my list for future needs. I will also recommend them to anyone else who needs help with their heating and cooling needs.

Jim was great to work with, went out of his way to schedule an early morning appointment to check our locked up AC compressor on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. He helped get it running again and saved us from a very uncomfortable 95 degree weekend on a holiday. We will still need to replace the coil and system but this gives us time to make an informed and educated choice about the replacement instead of an emergency rushed buy. Irish will definitely get strong consideration for our system purchase in the near future as we know the compressor won't last forever. Jim and Irish demonstrated a lot of integrity in their service.
