i put my request in for a repair through home advisor, and within two minutes, Jim had contacted me. He was at my home within 90 minutes and was beyond curtious and professional. He quickly fixed our immediate issue and explained everything very simply and clearly. we will definitly hire him again for any furnace related issues.

Finally, a fair service charge, great office staff, truly fast service including parts pickup. Jim impressed my tenants with his professionalism, and impressed us both with his knowledge of the craft. He does business in a way that allows me to run my business like a business. I have had so many bad experiences; thank you Jim for coming to my rescue, for understanding time and money are so critical in the rental business, for extending the same trust in me that you expect, and for knowing that you, in fact, represent and reflect on the landlord when you enter the home and interact with the tenants. I am ecstatic, and my tenants are warm!

Guys came in the day after i hired them and got in and completed the job within the expected amount of time. Had the city inspector come look at the work they had missed a few things which was fine, i called them to set up an appt. for them to come back out the next day and they didn't show at the scheduled time nobody called stating they were not going to be able to make it. i called after the scheduled time and they asked if the could come later in the evening and they were still 30 to 45 min late. i tried to contact the owner and left mesage but he never returned my call. i love the furnace but service to the customer could be better

Irish Air rep Jim was the only call back that listened to my original request...I was asking for repair help...All the other contacts missed the boat, and began by talking to me about a unit replacement...Very Big Turn Off!!

Irish Air contacted me immediately, and was out the next day to fix my air. They did the best they could considering my air conditioner is over 15 years old. They said to call them if i wanted them to come out and work on it again but it would cost me another 250.00. I checked the original rate to clean and to add the R22 and it was fair compared to other HVAC repairs. I will put them on my bid list when it is time to replace my heating and air, and it maybe sooner than later. good company!! I think they are honest.
