We previously hired Irish Air to repair our 20+ year old furnace. They were quick to show up, repaired the old unit quickly and did not press us to hire them to replace the entire unit. Tim came out especially for me instead of sending someone else with the ac parts to put in because he knew that I had breathing problems and needed the job to be done quickly so as to not have the ac off very long. That was very much appreciated.

I have a heat pump which wasn't turning on. They promised service the next day. Ken diagnosed and repaired the electrical problem within a couple hours. He was very polite, and competent in his work. I would hire them again, without question.
