I am so thankful for a company that has the mindset that solving their customer's problem is the most important things - not to look at each customer and see dollar signs and wonder how much they can get out of them. A competitor of Irish Air quoted me $1600 to repair my problem and suggested I should replace the whole unit at a cost of thousands of dollars. Jim at Irish Air solved my problem for less than $300 and came out on a Sunday! Irish Air has a customer in me for life.

I have had similar issues with my furnace over the last several years and this was THE best experience I have ever had. This call was all about doing the repairs and doing them correctly and NOT about selling me anything I did not want or need. The work was excellent with explanations at each point. Most importantly to me was that I instantly felt that this was a company and a repair person I could trust, which is, sadly, hard to find. I have already told several friends about this company! I won't use anyone else in the future!

The service tech arrived on time and did an excellent job in quickly diagnosing the problem and making the repair. Also, the manager/owner called to confirm arrangements. They seem very customer focused.

Just excellent service with Irish Air (Oct. 2014), and a BIG plus they did not try to upsell - or try to sell a full year check-up contract. Fair priced, and I was offered a lot of info, and didn't feel dumb to my heating issue. I've listed them on my condo HOA web page as a Heat/AC contact.

Jim and his crew installed. A complete system, heatpump, furnace and all new duct work includig high tech thermostat all in one day!

Jim setup the appointment. Due to rain let me know he was running behind. Called to let me know he was on the way. The system is fixed and running fine.

Great service...real service. I called Jim for a second opinion on a bad compressor. Instead of trying to sell me new equipment, he gave me several options from replacing the compressor to all new equipment at much better prices than my current HVAC service company. The real value was Jim was able to get a special deal from the manufacturer and pass the savings on to me for a new heat pump unit, which was significantly less than the compressor cost from another company. I truly appreciated Jim's effort to look out for me and offer options focused on making my system work at the lowest cost
