After meeting with and considering a number of HVAC companies i found working with Irish Air very simple, fair and straight forward. The installation was quick and clean and they responded immediately to a concern we had the day after installation. We highly recommend them.

I had a furnace replaced. There were some tweaks to the task. Irish Air guys were very thorough and focused towards doing the job correctly, at a very reasonable rate, and all work was completed on time.

I do not write a lot of reviews regarding products and services, but my experience with Irish Air was excellent as they repaired my furnace. They were very responsive in returning my call and getting a technician quickly dispatched to my home. From there, the quality of the repair and the background knowledge provided were all top notch. I have not had very good experiences with mechanical and/or plumbing contractors, but this was definitely the best customer experience I have had to date. I definitely plan to use them for any of my future heating and cooling projects going forward.

I was very pleased with our overall experience with Irish Air. Jim who did the initial visit was very professional, took pictures, and video. The installers were also very professional and quick installing the new unit. The only problem that we had was on the day of the install which was supposed to start at 8:00am, the installers were late. In fact one a young man named Zack showed up at 8:30am, and apologized for being late. The other which I am forgetting his name at the moment was even later not arriving until 9:30am. But once they arrived, they had the new unit in and the old unit out in no time, and they were very professional, and skilled workers.

This company was a pleasure to work with. From the quoting process through the completion of the project, they were pleasant, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.
