The technician, Jim, was very friendly and informative. Was easy to schedule an appointment with and even scheduled during my lunch break at work so that I didn't have to miss. He kept me informed throughout the entire process of diagnosing and repair. Was upfront and communicated options while keeping costs at a minimum. Would highly recommend and will use in the future for all HVAC work.

Quick response. Willing to think outside the box. While many others only want to sell you a whole new system, Irish Air will try their best to save you money and repair only what is needed. Fast, friendly, and guaranteed work. Cannot find any better.

The service tech was nice very informative . I thought the pricing was good for the project done.

After 6 years using the company that installed our system we now know that was a huge mistake. Over charging and misdiagnosis from unqualified techs I beleive have been the issue the entire time. For this specific repair on our outdoor heatpump we had 4 techs onsite for diagnostics and went 5 days with no AC. End the end they advised we change the reversing valve, which had been replaced two years prior at a cost of $1234. The quote this time was $1436. So for the good news. I submitted an online request for Irish Air to provide a second opinion at 7:30pm on a Tuesday evening. I received a call about 5 minutes later from Jim at Irish Air. He offered to perform a diagnostic the following day by 12pm, no charge for the second opinion. Arriving on time, within about an hour I received a txt from Jim with Irish to call back. His diagnostics had already resolved the issue with the heatpump. Not only had the previous company diagnosed the issue incorrectly, their attempt had damaged more parts from incorrect wiring. The final verdict, Irish Air had the unit running in an hour, it did not require a reversing valve, for only $380. I cannot say more about their honesty, professionalism and technical expertise. Great communication. Easy to work with. Compared Irish Air quote to four other local companies selling Carrier or other brands. Irish Air was the cheapest and a higher model! I would recommend to all friends and family. We replaced furnace and air conditioner.

NO PRESSURE,GUALITY WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GOOD AFTER THE JOB FINISH,IRISH ASK FOR PAYMENT BUT NOT GIVING ME THE INVOICE ,IRISH TOLD ME THEY GET BACK WITH ME LATER WITH THE INVOICE.SO FAR I DID NOT HEAR NOTHING FROM IRISH HEATING AIR
