Jim was great, he went above and beyond the job that he arrived for and didn't ask for anything extra. Very knowledgeable and you could tell he is concerned about the customer and making sure everything worked in my favor.

Jim is the best! I own a rental property and live out of town which makes it difficult to find an HONEST Air Conditioning repairman. Well, I found one. Jim and his repair tech Tim exceeded every expectation. They were there at the house within hours and diagnosed and repaired in no time at all and for a very reasonable cost. I could have been very easily taken advantage of, given I live out of town. It's nice to see there are still HONEST people out there. Thank you Jim and Tim at Irish Air!

Jim at Irish Air went above and beyond my expectations. My A/C unit went out on a Sunday afternoon and Jim was able to get to my home, quickly diagnose and repair the problem. He also tested the unit and ensured it was running in tip top shape. Along the way Jim was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He answered any question I had and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Jim not only repaired my A/C unit very efficiently but gave me the piece of mind that he did it correctly. I am appreciative of his and Irish Air’s high quality work. I will recommend them and take advantage of their services in the future.

With my son's 4th birthday party tomorrow and family coming in town tonight I called Jim at 3 and he fixed my furnace by 6 pm!!!!! Of course I was stressing and he did an excellent job!!! By time I got my kids from daycare my heat was working so they never came home to a cold house.

The service man was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Honestly, the whole transaction was flawless with Irish Air installing an entirely new Hvac system.

I wish all service companies were like Irish Air. They are prompt, do great work, and the pricing is fantastic. They don't try and sell you stuff, they are extremely quick to respond, and the techs are easy to work with.

After I inquired at Home Advisor I got a call from Jim immediately. They were out and the air was working all within 3 hours of them calling us. It was nice to deal with honest, efficient and professional people.

I inquired online via Home Advisor for a "second opinion" re 2 repair estimates. Jim called me immediately, said he was nearby, and came by the house within an hour. Jim checked the capacitor, and said it didn't need replacing. He also explained that my 5-year old Lennox A/C unit did not need renewal oil. Bottom line: he gave me peace of mind, for free, and saved me nearly $400. I'm going to switch HVAC service providers.

Great experience. Rick was quick and professional. Even gave me a discount for not keeping me updated as he went. It didn't bother me as he quickly fixed the issue. Only reason I didn't give the business a full 5* and value a full 5* is just due to the fact I believe HVAC companies pricing are high as a whole. Regardless I would recommend this business to anyone.
