Within 1 hour of my search online, Jim was over at my house helping to get the heat turned back on, ON CHRISTMAS DAY! Service was exceptional, response time was amazing!

We purchased our home this summer so we hadn't had a use for our boiler until recently. After we turned it on, we found we had a small leak. Our previous owner's boiler company did not want to address the issue so I used HA to find Irish Air. I called and Jim was here the next day. My problem ended up being a simple relief valve not being securely closed. Jim found the problem which was hidden on the back side of my boiler and had it fixed in under 10 minutes. He didn't even charge me for something that simple. You just don't see that kind of person that often anymore. Needless to say we have our new HVAC company.

I had a sudden unexplained water leak under my furnace. Irish Air was able to provide me a next day appointment, their professional showed up on time, and quickly dianosed and fixed the issue. Price was reasonable and they offered convenient electronic payment methods.

Installed a heat pump, and I continue to use them for routine checkups on the system.

Called on a Saturday because the gas company red tagged my furnace for having a bad heat exchanger. They came within 3 hours with the knowledge there would be no extra charge for the service call because of the weekend. Gave me information about rebates and types of furnaces. Installed it, gave me instructions. Installers were polite and knowledgeable .

IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH A LOCAL/ FAMILY OWNED COMPANY. JIM OFFERED A CARRIER SYSTEM THAT WAS PRICED BELOW SOME LOWER RATED BRANDS. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE TIMELY. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL OF THE INSTALLERS.

I contacted Irish Air on Sunday evening to tell them my AC had quit. They said they could come to my home the next morning between 8 and 8:30. They came on time, were courteous and went right to work. My AC was fixed. I will refer them to my friends and family!

We needed someone to come and check out our boiler in our new home we were purchasing. We had no idea how to even work it, and Tim came out and showed us everything we needed to know! He made sure everything was working well, and gave us insight on how a boiler works, and what potential issues to look for in the future. Very friendly and personable. Cost was very reasonable as well. Will definitely be using Irish air in the future!
