Hooked up with Irish Air through Angie's List. I received a call from Jim Snyder before 7 am, He had a tech to my home just after 8 am. Caleb was the assigned tech. He is a pleasant young man who quickly and accurately diagnosed my problem - blown fuse and a shorted wire. The cost was very fair. I would not hesitate to use them again for my furnace needs.

Jim and Jake did an excellent job in steering me in the best equipment I needed for our home. The professionalism of both, plus there installation crew was beyond our expectations. Would recommend there services to others

They were great came in a timely fashion ,were frendly, professional and REALLY tried to work w/HWA but Hwa did not return in like manner.I would gladdly use them directly on a none HWA controlled problem

Tim had to reschedule our Appt but they notified me 48 hours before the Appt and I was able to arrange for another day. Tim came and checked out the Unit and it had leaked all the coolant out and even though the unit was only a little over four years old there was a big problem with the condensing unit (Tim showed me the evidence of the repair that had been done by another company and was not successful in fixing the problem) He was professional he did not throw the other company under the bus but did explain in detail the function and the purpose of the attempted fix. He explained the options of an attempt to repair it again or replace the whole condensing unit. I bought the home only 3 months ago and this was not a happy moment. Tim checked to make sure there was still a warranty on the unit and luckily there was.... I agreed with Tim that a better option would be to put in a new unit which would be covered for two years. He discounted the labor 25% as a gesture in being inconvenienced for not making the first Appt. He set up a date to complete the work only 2 days from today.

They spent a lot of extra time to do the job right. They didn't even charge me for several hours they spent the first time they were out.

The price beat two other proposals by far. Jim and Jake were very helpful in all aspects. The installation crew did excellent work. It is functioning beautifully. The Infinity control system is a wonder to behold. I set the temperature, and it stays at that temperature. I'm looking forward to connecting it to wi-fi!

We just got a new air conditioner and furnace. It costed way too much. Most places that we checked were about the same, this one might have been slightly higher but we chose to go with them because we trusted them.

Owner called immediately and talked concerns over the phone. Set up appointment to come out at my convenience. When Jim came out he gave me the facts, didn't talk me to death and was very informative. Every other company I got quotes from wanted to install a larger unit for a higher price which Jim explained would be too much system for my house but would install if I insisted. I ultimately trusted his judgement and am pleased I went with Irish Air and Jim's expertise.

The day before I had my dryer vent cleaned, the guy realized that my dryer vent was plastic and had shown signs that it had tried to catch on fire, I had them replace it. So we went outside, and he said, where does your dryer vent come out?, Well that wasn't the dryer vent, it was the heating and air conditioning vent, and I told him he had to go ahead and cut that off. So that snowballed into lots of money. He did end up looking at it in the end and I'm a professional and I should have know, and I said, well I told you to cut it off, I'll eat it, don't worry about it. He came out and looked at it and he goes, why is that vent going under your porch and going off into the back?, and I said, I don't know, and he goes, well that's way too much, too long to run for a dryer vent, I said, well let's cut it off, he said, okay. Then he said, wait a minute I don't think that's your dryer vent. I've used them many times, they're good guys.

After receiving quotes and ample time to review. Within a couple days of making a decision, they were able to come out and replace the system. Reasonable priced. Afforded a discount for paying all at once. Would recommend hiring them as I will in the future.

I've had no trouble with Irish Air. I've been nothing but pleased with them.

******..... My AC went out in August. I am still waiting for a new system as these gentlemen informed me i had an obsolete unit and couldn't get any parts. So, I was told that one of the brothers would would come out and try to get me a system with new furnace and whole 9 yards. I was happy and he tried to get me set up for payments or whatever he needed to do. Well, none of that worked and never heard from him again as he told me he would call back. I heard from them once or twice after numerous phone calls and well, like I said, I STILL HAVE NO NEW System much less an Air Conditioner.

They said they'd be here by early afternoon. However, at 10 I received a call saying Jake would be here about 10:30. He found there was ice on the outside unit and also the furnace. He left to make other calls while the ice melted. He returned mid afternoon and found it needed Freon. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and had us going by 5. We couldn't have been more pleased with Jake and the response of the company. When I found Irish on Angie's list I saw a coupon for a discount on the maintenance program which also allowed 20% off of all work. So we signed up for that and they gave us the 20% off the work they had just done. Great company! Great people! Will definitely spread the word.

I couldn't not have asked for a more professional experience. Jim was kind and informative and most of all he came the same day that I called.

I couldn't be more pleased with how this went. The outdoor unit on our air conditioner stopped working Monday night. I called Tuesday afternoon and they were able to get a technician to my house within a couple hours of my call. The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Jim, the technician, was great. He was very friendly and professional. He let me know exactly what was wrong with the unit and what was needed to fix it. He had us back up and running within a half hour. This was my first experience with Irish Air and they knocked it out of the park! I am so glad I called them and I will definitely be calling them again.

I called in the morning to make an appointment, and the technician pulled into my driveway 15 minutes later. Tim was very nice and friendly, and he clearly knew what he was doing. But for the issue with the warranty, I would definitely have had him do the repair.

The experience over all was excellent. He went above and beyond my expectations. Irish air was referred to me by my neighbor and now I know why they were referred to me. Thh service, expectation, professionalism, the follow through and the communication was top notch! I will definitely refer them to anyone I talk to! I finally have my one and only go to for my air/heating service!

I did not expect to get it fixed by the weekend, but a neighbor recommended Irish Air. They were great! Phone was professionally answered, a call was scheduled same day, and it was FIXED same day. The technician could easily have over-sold me on a whole new unit (because it's old), but instead he only fixed and charged me for what was broken, a starter mechanism. The entire experience was positive, I definitely recommend Irish Air.
