 + -1 moreIRC determined what equipment I needed and reserved it for me. When I picked it up, they showed me how to connect it. When I took it home and tested it, I had a problem. I called them and a technician walked me through troubleshooting. He identified the problem and explained to me how to do a temporary fix. The equipment was right for the room and worked fine.
Description of Work: I rented sound equipment that I could plug an iPod into, for a party.

 + -1 moreI CALLED THE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR A NEW SOUND SYSTEM FOR MY CHURCH, WHERE I AM THE ASSOCIATE PASTOR. THEY CAME OUT ONCE TO TAKE A LOOK AND GET THE ESTIMATE STARTED. 8 MONTHS LATER THEY STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED WITH AN ESTIMATE, DESPITE REPEATED PHONE CALLS AND IN-PERSON VISITS TO THE STORE TO TRY AND SECURE IT. THEY HAVE FAILED UTTERLY TO PERFORM, AND WILL RECEIVE NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME PERSONALLY, NOR MY CHURCH. WE WERE NOT THEIR LARGEST CUSTOMER, BUT WE WERE A CUSTOMER - EMPHASIS ON THE WORD "WERE".
Description of Work: WE CALLED THEM TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR A NEW SOUND SYSTEM.
