+ -1 moreI used the coupon. I wasn't overly happy with their quotes. I wasn't happy with their consultation, so we didn't use them any further. She wasn't great, I kept telling her ideas and she told me that she didn't like anything in my house, it was all bad taste. She wasn't sure if she could work there without doing a full remodel. She was rude, so it wasn't a very good experience. They did come out for the consultation, stayed for the full time, and it was quoted. Their responsiveness was good. They were quick to respond when it came to setting it up. They were on time.
Description of Work: Integrity Design & Remodeling did a consultation. It was a big deal purchase. We were redoing a bathroom before we put our house on the market.

I really liked her, she had some different ideas but she wanted me to update my house more than I wanted to. She was really nice, she had some really good ideas but I'm not going that far because we're only going to live here for a few more years.

+ 0 moreShelli was on time, very courteous and very professional. She was very good at listening and provided excellent advice. She had several great ideas for my remodel. I was not aware she was able to offer contracting services. I will consider contacting her for some of the work in the future if we decide we can't DIY it all.
Description of Work: Shelli provided a consultation. I needed advice for my first floor remodel on paint colors, furniture arrangement, kitchen redesign and lighting.

+ -1 moreWe were looking for someone to come paint two rooms quickly and her team was able to fit us in. We were very appreciative of that. The rooms were painted very well and I wish we could have afforded to have them paint the whole house! I would definitely would hire them again. It seemed a bit pricey for our budget, however, it was so nice to have someone else do the work for us. Her price was not that much more than other Angie List contractors.
Description of Work: Two 12 x 12 rooms, painted. Just the walls, no ceiling or trim for this price. This price included the paint.

+ 1 moreEstimate was less than two other painting companies. Owner and painter came the morning to go over what needed to be done. Painter did an excellent job, and when he was done we couldn't see any nail holes or gaps in the seams of the crown molding. He was very courteous, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was done.
Description of Work: Caulked and painted 200 ft of crown molding in three different rooms.

Description of Work: Most of the work I had done was faux painting. It turned out beautiful. I had our media/bar area done along with a ceiling in the dining room. They also touched up a bathroom painted two ceilings and stained and varnished a front door which has leaded glass in it.

+ 1 moreAbsolutely fantastic! Tim Edens came out and gave an estimate, helped with ideas that I had in conjunction with molding some of his suggestions into these. The work was promised to be done and completed while we were on vacation. The company moved all the furniture, covered floors and exposed areas, cleaned up wonderfully behind them. When we returned from vacation there was nothing to do but enjoy our freshly painted house!
Description of Work: Company did complete house, upstairs & down, with speciality finishes and textures as well as solid colors. Antiqued fireplace, marbled wall, and venetian plaster in kitchen. Also completed all the trim work around the walls, floors and doors.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with Integrity Painting and Decorating. The job was completed on schedule and they cleaned up very thoroughly. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Our fireplace did not have the planned shutters above it installed at the time of our move and Integrity was unable to finish painting it for almost 6 months due to our problem with getting the shutters. They came within days of my call to finish up. We have recommended them to family and friends, all of whom have been very pleased as well. We intend to use Integrity's services again.
Description of Work: We acquired Integrity's name from Angie's List. When we called we were treated very professionally and were able to set up a meeting for an estimate at our convenience. We were given a good competitive price. We did not know what colors to use and were able to use the decorating service provided by Integrity. We had all of the rooms and ceilings painted in our new home. We were given advice on the type of paint and how many coats would be required. We had several walls painted with faux finish. The colors turned out beautifully and advice on placement of furniture and accessories was given by Shellie, the decorator and owner's wife. Shellie decorated the niches and shelves, which were a problem for use with no experience in decorating with high cathedral ceilings. Shellie met with us at a lighting retailer to pick out appropriate light fixtures. At a later date she met with us to give her opinion on new tables and lamps and a chair for the living room.

+ 2 moreDecorating estimate was given and the time-frame was flexible for my budget, if I wasn't happy with an item, it was returned and replaced, she was punctual and kept me informed of any changes or delays. We where very please with the final results.
Description of Work: Window treatments for great room, kitchen, dining room and office, roller shades, art work, 2 mirrors, vases, greenery and floral arrangement, ceiling fan, 2 sconces, and 2 chandeliers. Master bedroom suite makeover, color design, bedspread, sheets, pillows, lamps, art work, flora arrangements, and towels.

Description of Work: Tim's company custom painted my living, dining room, entry, my kitchen, home office and 2 bedrooms. The paint design was so unique in each room, with marble and texture finish. All walls were prime and repaired, ceilings were painted. Basement also primed and painted.

+ 1 moreTIM CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT THE AREAS THAT NEEDED TO BE PAINTED. HE GAVE US AN ESTIMATE WHICH WE AGREED TOO. STARTING WAS A LITTLE SLOW AS WE HAD A LOT OF RAIN AND NATURALLY THE WOOD HAS TO BE DRY FOR THE PAINT TO STAY ON. THE MEN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON PAINTING AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND POWER WASHED THE AREAS TO BE PAINTED. THEY CAULKED ALL THE AREAS THAT NEED CAULKING. THEY COVERED UP THE SHRUBS AND FLOWERS AND AREAS THAT NEEDED TO BE COVERED. THEY APPLIED TWO COATS OF PAINT.

+ -1 moreWhen he came out to give the estimate he was prompt and courteous. To start the work they wanted half of the money up front and a signed contract. I did not have a problem with that. There was a date scheduled to start the work and he said he would meet me at the house in the morning. I called him at 8:15am that morning when no one had shown up yet and he stated that his worker was there and left because I was not at the house. He said he would sent someone back out that day and no one showed up. Myself and my husband called them and did not receive a call back. Talked to Tim to give him a chance to explain why he did not show up. He called and talked to my husband first and was not nice. When I talked to him I said I wanted to clear the air. He said he felt like I was questioning his business practices. He did somewhat apologize.
Description of Work: He gave me a quote to paint my living room, dining room, bedroom and hall way.

We had the same professional and courtous crew that painted the exterior. The workers arrived ontime, worked diligently, and answered all of our questions. + -1 moreThe colors are nice, but the price was steep. Their design work and decoration is beautiful, but the weak point was painting. Too many coats of paint, they kept going back and re-doing things. The finish in our pantry was poorly done, and they did not blow off any of the dust when they repainted. They were fast and the colors are beautiful. Could have been a lot cheaper.
Description of Work: This company did extensive painting in our renovation of kitchen, a small bath, a large room on side of house, and the laundry room.
