+ -1 moreVERY thorough job. VERY easy to understand. This house was unique in the fact the sellers were in no situation to do repairs, and we went into the situation knowing this. He advised us on the best way to take care of the situation. He was awesome. If I could recommend him to everyone I would! The ONLY negative thing I could say is that his answering machine is not set up or full, BUT he replies promptly everytime. Don't let the message discourage you on choosing him is why I mention this!
Description of Work: Did initial home inspection for $250.00 and explained to me in detail what it would take to get house in working order. The house didn't go through. The next house he did for HUGE HUGE discount, but it didn't go through either. (Looking for a lot for a little). He did a walk through BEFORE I put an offer on the next house. We made our decision from here and the house went through.
