Went great. St we and Kurt are easy to work with. Just all around great guys. Have plenty of ideas and suggestions, and always take pricing into consideration. I've brought 4 laptops to them over the past year, Kurt fixed all of them, answered all of my questions and guaranteed his work. With he website, Steve and I would bounce ideas off of each other and he'd be honest and say, "look at it from the customer standpoint, what would you want to see?" They are great guys to work with.

The laptop was spontaneously shutting down . I don't have sufficient technical knowledge to be any more specific. IndyWeb serves as an IT maintenance department for our small law firm. They are always available and always knowledgeable and their prices are always reasonable. They occasionally respond to telephone inquiries with corrective suggestions without charge. WE have been using their services for several years.

Very Smooth

After our computer finally died of old age, we purchased a reconditioned one in order to avoid Windows 8. Since we photoshop extensively we have a shall I say unique high def monitor for this. It wanted connections not available on newer pcs. Kurt modified the computer and advised us on an additional inexpensive work around with cables. We have used Indyweb several times in the past both for hardware and software issues and will continue to do so as the need arises. I'm a little surprised that this is their first review, because we have seen them cure many pcs and laptops. Dave and Steve and Kurt know how to talk to people who are not computer people and sound friendly, not condescending. I understand that Dave will also perform house calls.
