+ -1 moreWE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH INDY WALL DOCTOR'S WORK. MR. GREEN GAVE US AN ESTIMATE WITH A BREAKDOWN OF EVERYTHING SO THAT WE COULD CHOOSE WHAT WE WANTED DONE AND STAY WITHIN OUR BUDGET. MR. GREEN WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL; HE PATIENTLY ANSWERED ''MILLIONS'' OF QUESTIONS FROM US AS HE WORKED. IN ORDER TO SAVE OUR FLOWERS FROM BEING RUINED, HE AND HIS CREW EVEN REMOVED OUR HOSTAS, A HUGE HIBISCUS AND OTHER FLOWERS FROM THE GROUND INTO POTS AND HELPED US MOVE EVERYTHING FROM THE DECK. THIS WAS NOT PART OF THE CONTRACT. MR. GREEN WOULD SOMETIMES ARRIVE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE; WHEN HE WAS HELD UP AND WAS GOING TO BE LATE, HE WOULD CALL AHEAD OF TIME.
Description of Work: INDY WALL DOCTOR REMOVED OUR OLD DECK (IT HAD TO BE REMOVED BECAUSE TREE ROOTS HAD PUSHED IT UP) AND A SHED THAT WAS ON THE DECK. THE WOOD OF THE OLD DECK AND SHED HAD NOT ROTTED AND THE NAILS WERE STILL FIRMLY IN THE BOARDS; THEREFORE IT WAS NO EASY TASK TO REMOVE THEM. THEY RECOMMENDED AND WORKED AROUND THE SCHEDULE OF THE COMPANY THAT REMOVED THE TREE STUMP AND ROOTS. THEY ALSO HAD TO REMOVE THE FENCE AND GATE AROUND THE DECK FOR ACCESS FOR THE TREE COMPANY'S EQUIPMENT. THEY THEN INSTALLED A NEW DECK TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS AND REINSTALLED THE FENCE AND GATE. THE CLEAN-UP WAS IMMACULATE.
