Description of Work: They came in to replace a toilet at my property. First they were early, which was a great way to start. They came in replaced the old and put in the new toilet.

He arrive on time and completed the project very efficiently. I am very happy with his workmanship. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would certainly use him again. Description of Work: New faucet in the utility sink. Also had an outlet w no power that was a test outlet. Jeremy was able to reset vs replace the outlet.

+ -1 moreJeremy did an excellent job. He acquired the use of a ladder, and repaired the siding. It was windy, and was threatening to rain, but everything went smoothly. We'll be asking him to do some other jobs for us.
Description of Work: Several pieces of vinyl siding blew off our chimney, and needed to be replaced. We had the siding, but a 30-ft ladder was needed to reach the spot to repair, which we do not have. I had contacted several others previously, and they didn't want the job. Either it was too small to bother, or they weren't willing to get a ladder.
