Joel and his assistant did a great job. He was responsive when requesting a quote and in the couple e-mails between us that followed. They were on time and Joel called me before they were headed over. I supplied two wall mounts for two televisions to be set up and they completed the work in about an hour. Everything went well from beginning to end and Joel is a great guy.

Joel and Gordon arrived when promised and discussed with us exactly how high the TV should be mounted. They then went to work and installed the TV wiring within the wall, in compliance with relevant electrical codes. They completed the work within 90 minutes, and made sure the remotes work correctly with the cable box. Joel made sure we fully understood how everything operated and was patient with our questions. He provides an excellent service at a very reasonable price. A real professional!

Smoothly. Realized that I really did not need the mounted cord covering for $50 and wish they had suggested as much when questioned. Ultimately it was my decision but now realize that there was room to hide behind the mantel.
