 + -1 moreIt went really well! He charged by the hour so I was happy that he figured out what was wrong pretty fast and then told me about how long it would take to fix it. He was only off by 15 minutes, He didn't throw a bunch of technical language at me that would have confused me which I appreciated. (I hate feeling dumb). I would recommend Matt to anyone.
Description of Work: I don't know all the tech talk which is one reason why I had to call someone to fix it. But one thing that I liked the most is that he spoke my language and helped me understand how it happened and how to avoid it in the future. Basically my computer didn't start up. He was able to save all my important stuff and then clean my computer and put all my stuff back on, and then he taught me some basic things I could do to maintain my computer and keep it working like I want. Thank you SOOOO MUCH!
