Wholesome business, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our roofing needs. Indy Rooftops has spent several hours on the phone with my insurance to make sure they pay every dollar owed against the claim. We all know insurance companies can be slime balls in keeping their end of the bargain, but Indy Roof tops has a great legal footing to ensure insurance are held liable for their expenses. They are super easy to work with, communicates easily and clearly via text which is a millennial’s dream for project management. When I do call, they instantly answer the phone no matter the hour- out of this world customer service! 100% recommend, so glad they knocked on our door after a hail storm, would never have known about the work needing done and now we will have a safe home for another 20+ years.

I contacted Mitch Friday evening and by Saturday afternoon he was out fixing my seller's roof! It was a quick fix in which Mitch and Indy Rooftops took care of promptly. Indy Rooftops were fantastic through the entire process of replacing my roof, skylight, gutters and refacing my chimney. The were professional, transparent, friendly and produced a great finished product. They worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to go through that headache. This company is top-notch and cheaper than other quotes I got. My new roof, including all new decking and shingles, was done in less than 7 hours (but I have a smaller single story house).

Repair went very well. Mitch and Kevin came out on the same day we called them (Tuesday) and did a temporary patch around a leaking vent on the roof. Their repair team out the following Thursday with a new vent, shingles, and repair items and performed the repair within an hour. We are very satisfied with their responsiveness and attention to our roof problem.

Kevin responded on a Saturday morning after we reached out on Friday night. All of the work was done by Thursday, and it was done very well. We were on a tight timeline to fix a small leak, because we were selling our house. Kevin helped us meet the timeline, and he was friendly and helpful throughout.

It was exceptional, they came out the year before and did an inspection and was very thorough with explaining what he was looking for and reassured me the roof was fine , fast forward a year later after an hail storm I called back he came out and showed me the damage and took me thru the steps of getting it done, excellent transparency and would use and recommend time and time again
