They came out the first time, and did an adequate job. However, they changed the scheduled time over email (without consulting me) and then showed up 30-45 early for an early morning appointment. When I scheduled the first appointment, I requested my additional appointments be scheduled for Nov. and Dec. They agreed, but they never scheduled them. As I was never told of a problem, I assumed I would hear from them in November. When I didn't, I called and was told that they were booked for the next 90 days for Groupon customers. It was never made clear how to schedule an appointment, so I kept calling and was told to go to Schedulicity to make an appointment. i was never able to access Schedulicity, and now my phone calls and emails are not being returned. I have no idea if they are even still in business. Their website and phone number offer no information. The voice mail continues to say they are booked for the next 90 days for Groupon customers. I am very frustrated and have requested Groupon help me refund my money as I do not want to deal with this company any more. Communication and professionalism have been terrible.
