Josh is AMAZING!!!! Brilliant chemist and computer genius for sure! I had upgraded the free download from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and after some frustrating issues, I lost all of my files and computer programs. When I handed my laptop over to Josh I was over-the-top upset and was ready to give up and just start over with a new computer. I was completely locked out of my own laptop He ran his magic software and was able to recover every single file, folder, program, etc. He installed an external hard-drive to back-up my files every day, so I will never be in danger of losing all of my data ever again! Josh is patient, courteous, prompt, professional and compassionate....oh and did I mention he is also a GENIUS?!?!? I will use him for every major and minor computer issue I ever have.....

I was having issues with my computer not doing what it is supposed to do. Since I don't know a thing about computers, you are at the mercy of those who do and can only hope they are honest. Going through Angie's List helps at least insure you're Came out, worked with desk top and got it functional. Told me that he could remotely " fix " in the future if he downloaded something. I told him to do so. A couple 3 days later problem came back. I called and left message to call, no return call. Finally left message on Angie's List and got a response immediately. Apologized for not getting back sooner, but was out of town. I could accept that ,but if he was out of town so was his cell. Even if on vacation either I would have personally got back with people or had someone else take your business calls. Since I didn't know he was out of town, I thought I was being ignored. Just an observation. He did, after answering to my e mail on Angie's List call me immediately and immediately went " into " the computer remotely and corrected the problem. I asked what I owed, and he said, " Nothing. It is associated with the original issue. "

I contacted him on angie's list and set up an appointment for hi to pick up the laptop. Within a day, he gave an price for repair. He had it fixed within 2 days and dropped off. at my home. He was unable to retrieve data from a 10 year old flash drive but he did not charge me for that. Very quick and professional. Hopefully, I wont have any more accidents with my electronics but if i do, I will contact him again.

Overall, great customer service. He needed to reschedule once, which was not a problem. He did not have the proper tool to install the new battery; however came back to my house less than a week later to complete this work, of course free of charge. Also, his prices are a bit lower than I listed for most customers willing to drop their computer off at his location; however it understandably costs more to have him come to your home. (I didn't want to be without my computer for a day or two). Regarding the quality of work, it seems to be very good. There is one potential issue with the battery, which I am following up with him on. I would use him again.

He's awesome too. He did a fabulous job. They said that it was no good and that I had to buy a brand new one. I called him and he said that it's not true. It's still working. They stand by their word. They even have a charge of $12 a month if they can go in and check your computer once a month and keep it up-to-date.

It was great. They were awesome. There was nothing negative. I would recommend them to anybody. You can't beat their service. They have highly qualified people. They know what they're doing. The quality was fabulous. They responded very quickly.

It's the only time I've ever used him. The young man was very knowledgeable. I thought the pricing was fair. His professionalism was very good.

Met provider by accident and decided right off he could be the one to fix my old boat anchor of a computer. Brought the project in on time and on budget. What more can one ask for.
