There was some water damage, so Victor had to take care of that repair first. Once that was finished, we set up a second appointment to finish the project. The second appointment went well, and everything was finished perfectly. I was very happy with the service that Indy Painters provided!

The experience was great. The entire Indy Painters team was kind a courteous. There work was great. They took down all of the downspouts so that they could get to all of the trim work behind them and also painted the downspouts while they were down. They put up a lifetime warranty paint and were not sloppy when putting it up. The paint was applied in a high-quality manner and looked great when they were done. I felt really bad for the crew as they were working 10+ hr. days on our home in 104+ degree heat. They battled through it and still did not rush the job. They were respectful of our property and the cleanup was great. There was no trash or anything damaged that left any indication that someone had been working there for over a week. Because of the price, the quality of work and the cleanup efforts, I would definitely use Indy Painters again and I would recommend them to others.

Indy Painters did an excellent job on everything from providing the estimate all the way to cleanup on both jobs. They provided references which I contacted and all were good. They detailed the materials that would be used on both jobs and answered questions. During the job they kept the work area clean and answered any questions I had on a given day. They appear to be a low overhead operation, however that is only reflected in their pricing and not in the quality of their work. The jobs were finished to my satisfaction.I would not hesitate to call them for future painting that I may/will need done. It is a pleasure to do business with someone who obviously cares about what they are doing.

They put plastic everywhere and cleaned the place well. I was comfortable with them in the house. They were fairly priced for the amount of job done. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I thought that he did very good work. He was conscientious. When we pointed out anything we didn't like, he was quick to fix it.

I happened to come across Indy Painters purely by chance. I saw their van in the parking lot at Menard's while picking up supplies for another home improvement project and decided to give them a call for an estimate since I had been thinking about having some painting done. The owner is Victor Diaz, and he's the one that answers the phone. Victor does speak English, although it can be hard to understand at times. Based on my experience, this will be the only challenge you have working with them because everything else was very good. I wasn't sure what to expect, but when Victor arrived on-time for the estimate I was impressed with his level of friendliness, he proactively asked for any questions I might have, and he seemed to have good knowledge of painting vinyl. I could tell he was eager to work hard to earn my business. He delivered the estimate on the date and time promised. He actually drove to my house and delivered the estimate in-person, which did not happen with anyone else. It wasn't necessary, and if I wasn't working from home I would've told him to just email it or leave it in the mailbox, but it was a nice personal touch. I got 2 other estimates from reputable exterior painting companies in Indianapolis. In the end, the quote from Indy Painters was the cheapest, and based on my experience with Victor and the one positive review that already existed on Angie's List, I decided to take a little bit of a chance and go with them. In the end, I am very glad that I did. Everything that I experienced during the estimating process continued thru the job. Victor and one of his employees did the actual work on my house. They were extremely efficient (there were delays but only because of rain), they were professional, and they did an excellent job of clean-up. I couldn't find any evidence of overspray on the house and the ground was very clean when they left. They took a lot of extra care to make sure they didn't damage or overspray things around the house. Whatever they had to move out of their way, they put back exactly where it was originally. They even went the extra mile on a few things. For example, they only needed to pressure wash the siding and soffit to clean it before painting, but they also took some extra time to try and remove old paint spots left on the brick from a prior paint job where someone was very sloppy. They also used the pressure washer to remove some algae stains from my concrete porch. They didn't have to do that, but they did (and it made a huge difference on the porch). In the end, I was very pleased with the results and I got exactly what I wanted. Indy Painters delivered good work at a good price.

They did an excellent job. They were extremely efficient, and you cannot see where the damage was at all. I was very impressed with them and would absolutely use them again.
