Workers showed up on time and worked quickly. However, roof leaks around 75% of the perimeter of the house and around the chimney. Steve came by to evaluate the situation (during the winter months) and stated that he thought it was a problem with frozen gutters and that we should contact him in the spring to make some additional repairs that would resolve the problem. As it turned out, the problem was not an issue with frozen gutters. We have tried countless times to contact Steve Cuffe via telephone and email. Steve has never responded. Very disappointing!
Description of Work: Roof tear-off and replacement.

THE WORK WAS DONE SOMEWHAT PIECEMEAL & THE CLEAN UP LEFT A BIT TO BE DESIRED; HOWEVER, THE FINAL PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT!
