Ben was extremely kind and understanding of my situation. My landlord an emergency maintenance left me in the dust when my bathroom flooded. Thanks to Ben, it was taken care of over night and he even kept contact to make sure the situation was fully solved. I would highly recommend anyone come to him for restoration needs.

Indy Dry Tech quickly and efficiently helped dry out the ceiling and flooring in our house after a 2nd floor water heater burst and water came flowing out of the canned lights in our kitchen. Luckily we caught the problem quickly. Indy dry tech did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our basement sump pumps failed and we were left with 9 - 12 inches of rain water build up in our unfinished basement. We hired another company to perform the emergency, overnight pump out of the water. I reinstalled the new sump pumps. I hired Indy Dry Tech to immediately come to remediate the basement. Ben brought 10 commercial fans and two commercial humidifiers to get the moisture out. Ben helped with the removal of a lot of items to the garage which we sorted through. In the basement, we have storage racks with plastic tubs but some tubs sitting on the floor floated and tipped over in the flood and spilled into the water. Some tubs had cracks so flood water leaked in. Ben had a great plan and the right equipment to dry the items and remove the moisture over about four days. He returned each day to check the status and adjust the equipment. I couldn’t have asked for better communication. Ben was great to work with. He didn’t need to bring in additional helpers because we were hands on. We would definitely use him again.
