 + -1 moreHired this company to repair a concrete-block garage on a rental property. Going from quote to project completion all happened in a reasonable timeframe. Spoke a lot with Keith and the builder, Jose. The build was very professional and well-done. I was honestly impressed with the end result.

 + -1 moreI contacted Lora and someone came out the next day and talked to me about the job. It took over a month to get the project done because of mishaps and I had to keep calling and contacting the office to make sure it would get done. I contacted about 2 cracks that developed 3 months after the work was done and didn't get a response until I called 3 times. Got an email for an extended warranty to fix the cracks in the spring. I have called in the spring and emailed, but have yet to get a response. I will never use this company again because of the horrible communication and how they do business. I am sad to have to write a review like this.

 + 1 moreThis is a small business consisting of Keith (owner), Lora (business manager), and crew. We had a few hiccups throughout the process, but overall, we were very satisfied. They were very competitively priced, and they worked very quickly. When we expressed concern about workmanship on one small issue, they were quick to come out and correct it. I would definitely recommend Keith, Lora, and crew for other projects.
Description of Work: We had a two-car garage with a one-car door. We had concrete removed in front of our garage, the garage built out to a two-car door, a new concrete pad poured.

 + -1 morecalled company to set up time for estimate. Told office I wanted to be present. Set up 4pm on a Thursday. Waited for an hour. At 5pm I contacted office to see where the guy was. She contacted him and he said he had already been to my home! I was home, all afternoon. He didnt even knock on the door! Simply drove by and took a picture. Louis did agree to come back and discuss the estimate. Simple job, just 3 steps to back entrance of my home. He told me he would do it for $800. This needed to be done urgently. He told me he would send an estimate the next day. Did not happen. Called a few days later and requested estimate. Estimate $244 more than he told me, without any explanation. Not trustworthy, poor customer service. Would NOT recommend them!

 + -1 moreFrom start to finish, every step of the project was smooth and timely. Since I had been shot down over the years, I was almost shocked when at the assessment appointment I was told that the work could be done and what steps would be taken for the repair. This job also involved replacing trim for a decorative post sitting on one corner of the ledge. I received the estimate via email and then scheduled the work. Louis did an outstanding job! He had to come back another day to remove the bottom forms and do the trim work on the post. The concrete work and trim on the post looks fantastic. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the site was completely cleaned up. It was an excellent experience from start to finish!!
Description of Work: I have an elevated 3 season sunroom which sits on a concrete slab over concrete block. The slab extends 5 inches outside the porch forming a ledge. The outside concrete ledge was cracking and crumbling and needed to be repaired. Over the last few years I've had other companies come out to give estimates but not one company seemed to want to mess with my job. I'm not sure if the job was too small or too tedious due to the forms that had to be created for the elevated ledge. I finally began doing patch jobs myself but I really needed a professional. I thought I would try again and contacted INDY Concrete and Masonry.....and what a great experience it was!!!

 + -1 moreSent a message to them via website late August and received a fairly prompt return call from their office. Scheduled for an estimate at my house on Saturday, September 3rd at 8 am. No show. Received a call around 10 am from the guy who was supposed to come out, he said he got sidetracked on some big job they were working. Asked to reschedule for Monday, September 5th at 8 am (thought it was weird they would come out on Labor Day but I agreed to it nonetheless). Again, no show. Not that I was too surprised on a holiday, but haven't received a call or follow up since. Pass.

Description of Work: Called to ask for an estimate to fix cap and bricks on my chimney. Estimator was on time and very nice. Told me what he felt needed to be done and said that he would type up an estimate and get it too me. This is where all my problems began. To make it simple, I still don't have my estimate, Ive called on 2 different occasions. Our estimate was on a Friday afternoon, so I didn't expect anything until Monday. I called on Tuesday to check on the estimate and the lady informed me it would come in sometime this week. OK,, no big deal. I called on Friday afternoon and the lady told me it would be given to me within a couple hours. We are now at Monday and still no estimate. I will amend this review when/if I get an estimate or have work done by Indy Concrete and Masonry

 + 0 moreContractor removed the steps and re cemented new concrete blocks into the spaces the blocks and put the steps back into place. The contractor and his helpmate were very good at what they were doing. They cleaned up after they had done the job and really never made much of a mess while they were using the cement and all those products. There was no cement residual left when they finished the job. Very pleased with Indy Concrete & Masonry and their contractor. We would definitely call them back if we have a need for their services again.
Description of Work: We had cement steps that were deteriorating and the cement blocks needed to be replaced and cemented into place.

 + -1 moreAfter a detailed quote, their crew came tore it out added a joint and replaced it in one day and protected it so we could use it and then returned a few days later and removed wood and it was done. Very polite, clean and no fuss.

Description of Work: I had crumbling bricks on pillars around our fenced yard. They gave us a cost effective solution to match and replace bricks where needed, re-point areas and add concrete caps to protect from the weather.

 + 0 moreWe had some bricks cracking & falling apart on a chimney above the roof line on our house. This house was built in the 60's so its not uncommon for this to happen. We had 2 quotes from chimney specialist , both quotes where in excess of $4500.00 & they offered no options. Ie you could do this or do that. It's was just a total rebuild or nothing. When Reid Properties looked at the chimney they came up with the solution to remove the top 2 layers of bricks & use them to replace the damaged bricks. Then they they made a slab to replace the bricks on the top of the chimney & water proofed the outside of the chimney. Great job and at a fraction of the cost of others.

Description of Work: I had a crumbling driveway that began to clog the sewer drain. Needed concrete driveway to be removed, leveled and replaced before Thanksgiving. Reid Properties LLC did a great job and reseeded the lawn without requesting.
