I did not have a good experience with them. The car was under warranty, so I could take it back to be fixed.

Well first of all I called, left messages, and texts (as the recording says to do) for a week straight and never once got an answer or a response for a general cost for there window tint so I had to drive all the way up there to find that info out. Once I got there I was approached by a 17yr old kid who said it would be $120 and went and asked the manager if he could my windows done that day the manger said no tomorrow so I had to pay in full for my window tint right then just to make an appointment. So I scheduled my day to be off work and rescheduled everything around the time of dropping my car off because I knew I would not have a car for a couple few hours. Then the manger texts me a hour before I'm suppose to be there and said an emergency and canceled with me and that's all I heard until the next day when I had to call them and find out what's going on because this man already has my money. When I talked to the him ( the manager), he started telling me his whole life story and how he didn't have any good employees cause they all stole from him or was on drugs. And the reason for him cancelling was because he had to go to court but didn't mention that the day before when I left my money with this man and apparently didn't know until a hour before I'm suppose to be there. So we had words and I told him I was coming to get my money and he said he could accommodate me but never offered a discount or anything until I asked him if he was on Angie's list. When he said he would accommodate me I asked him what he would do and he said nothing but he wasn't gonna argue with me when I figure out what I want come see him and hung up on me. So I decided to take my lunch break and drive all the way back up there and get my money. He had a very bad attitude, very arrogant and rude. He was very rude and inconsiderate about me having to take the day off to have this done to my car and still didn't get the job done, his exact words "nobody said you had to miss work for a tint job". No I didn't but I made an appointment and nobody told me how long it would take just drop it off and they would fit in in. Needless to say after 3 trips to this shop and a day off work I still have not got my widows tinted but I did make an appointment with waxworks and its gonna cost me $40 more so I end up spending more in tint, time, and gas then I wanted. Very unprofessional place, very arrogant and rude manager. I don't recommend this place to any one! Also I have texts to prove all this!!

Great tint, fair price and flexible schedule for a dad with kids.

The first time they were really messy. Everything was everywhere. They left their mess. There was issues with some of the tinting being cut wrong. I took it back in a second time and had them fix the problem. I called the number listed. I called in with some questions. He was very arrogant. He said he was the manager. He just hung up on me. I would not highly recommend him.

Great work. They applied the wrong percentage to the front windows, and upon inspection quickly took off the bad film and replaced it in a very timely manner. I will not tint anywhere else after that.

I had a great experience at Indianapolis Window Tinting. I called in the morning and was able to drop off my car ( for approx. 1.5 hrs) and have the windows tinted the same afternoon. The young man at the counter was very knowledgable about tinting laws across the country. We move often due to my husband's job, so we needed the tinting to conform to the laws across the country. The car was ready at the promised time and the tinting looks great. They place stickers on the window controls to remind you not to roll down the windows for 5 days. I may not have remembered without the stickers. Our summer drives are much more comfortable with the windows tinted and the car looks better. I used the Angie's List coupon and paid $150.00 for tinting which includes a lifetime warranty. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to have their windows tinted.

The service went great. They got me in over lunch and were done in 1 hour. I was impressed by the price, time, and quality. They are my new tint guys.

I only walked in to get information on pricing, but they were able to get me in right then and there. I was out within an hour and a half. They are actually a real business that will put illegal tint on your windows for no extra fee and even include a one year warranty at no extra charge. Legal tint in Indiana is only 35% and it looks like its barely a dust of tint. I previously took a different car to Ziebart for tinting. They would only do 35% for the darkest and charged me almost $300. Indianapolis Window Tinting was actually able to tint my windows to a nice dark shade for half the cost and provide a warranty. I am very happy with their services and will certainly use them again in the future!
