The work was done speedily, efficiently, at the price quoted with no flaws or errors in the concrete. It was a spectacular job. I would use them again.

Went well. Indianapolis Concrete came out to remove driveway asphalt that was a bit sunken and sloping downward toward our garage doors. They then poured a new concrete strip that was valley-sloped with an center channel drain to allow any water runoff to feed into the buried downspout at corner of house. While they were out they ended up adding a small concrete corner to allow for garbage can storage. The project manager was effective in communication and multiple visits (before and after project completion), and price was reasonable in comparison to other quotes I received. Work was done summer 2019 and so far has held up well. Would use them again for future concrete work.

The project went as planned- on time and on budget. They were quick to quote and had a pre-construction meeting which was great for what I considered a smaller project. They are very busy but were able to to do the job in the time they proposed. Very careful about details and making sure the area was prepped properly before pouring. The finished concrete looks great and the follow up was very good. Some companies didn't even respond to a quote request or never called back so I appreciate Indianapolis Concrete taking the time to make sure we were pleased.

Good. Very professional with service and respectful, both management and employees. They were quick; finished within a couple days. My mom did find a huge amount of rocks that lined her flower garden when the walkway was replaced which have been a pain to pull out.

It went great! We had an existing raised patio attached to the back of our house that was failing and needed to be removed. They broke it all up and hauled away the debris. They were fantastic about being very careful where the patio was semi-attached to the house and ensured minimal damage to remaining bricks on the house. They smoothed the site when it was all done, leaving us a nice area for our new deck to go back. Even put boards down in the front yard to protect the grass as we had asked. Took a bit longer than estimated to get us on the schedule, though we understand its been a wet spring. Would certainly hire them again, appreciated the clear estimate and pleasant office staff.

Great experience! Our project manager Josh was professional and courteous. He recommended little changes that we would have never thought of ( rerouting the walkway, rounding edges instead of straight). Everything was written up with straightforward explanations on billing. We did have to wait awhile to get work done due to the rainy spring but that wasn't their fault. All work was done in one day, no mess was left. We are so pleased with the finished results!

Very well. After accepted estimate, they set up a review of the job before starting. Said it would be several weeks before could do job However, they did the job with in a week. Good work, looks good. A post completion job review has been scheduled.

Concrete work looks good but they left with the dirt a mess they had dug out. Ruined items in garage and had concrete dust everywhere because they did not use a tarp or covering plus it got into the house thru vents. Concrete splattered on brick, garage entry door and wood above door and not cleaned off. Trash left in front yard. Rose Bush they had to dig up and they didn't replant for 2 days then barely put it in ground so it died. When I called they said these would be taken care of but I need to wait for the project manager of our job to get back from vacation which is ridiculous. There should be someone seeing that this gets resolved immediately. I have seen great reviews by other people that used them so I assume they did not have the crew I did. My husband had to level the dirt they put back at side of driveway due to it was replaced horribly. One end was so high the rain was sending mud on the freshly poured driveway.

Their quote was considerably lower than some other quotes I had received. However they took it even one step further. We still have some building going on in the neighborhood and the gentleman suggested we contact the construction superintendent and ask for a quote on our repair and piggyback on the builder's other concrete jobs. Said we would save a huge amount of money if builder would agree. The construction super did agree and it worked out great. I was satisfied with the quote from Indianapolis Concrete on it's own, but was impressed with the fact they were happy to point out a cheaper route.

This was one of the most positive experiences I have had with home service. I got a call to set up an appointment the same day I emailed my request. The day of the meeting, I received an advance call letting me know the estimated time of arrival. Once at my home, Mr. Hodges looked at the flooring and told me what could be done for cosmetic reasons, but that the cracks were natural and not hurting anything. He would not recommend do anything since my garage is just used for storage. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the honesty of my Mr. Hodges. This is the type of company that I will call in in the future. Thank you!

Indianapolis Concrete was slow to respond to our initial request, but contacted us finally after about a week. Then, the earliest estimate they could schedule was almost a month out. By the time we got a bid from them, we had already contracted with a different vendor.

They did a magnificent job - a crew of five were used - all were professional, courteous, answered all of my questions. The new walkways are excellent and a great addition to our property. David, the project manager was helpful and informative. My only critique is that contact between us was sometimes hard to establish. However, we'd happily hire them again -- well done.

Indianapolis Concrete came to our house and provided a quote to remove an old shed and pour a pad for a new shed with a ramp and side pad in August 2017. We had requested a couple different quotes and chose Indianapolis Concrete based on price, reviews, and overall impression of the company. When we had scheduled the work to start, the team came to our house and we met Josh, our project manager. The team quickly demolished and removed the old shed and prepared the space for the new pad. By the afternoon, they had finished the pad. Unfortunately, the ramp ended up being too low at the top. After speaking with Josh about the issue, he said that they would come out and take care of removing and replacing the ramp without additional charge after the shed was installed. As we were approaching the end of the good weather, we didn't have a chance to get it fixed that year. However, we worked out a time in Summer 2018 with Josh and they took care of the fix in a day. Later that week, Josh did a final inspection and we signed off. Throughout the process, Josh was helpful and professional. The team worked quickly and the quality of the concrete work was very high.

Highly recommend. I first contacted IC via email in early April 2018 and Janet Hoffman at their office immediately got back to me. She confirmed appointment that same day for only 2 days later and the project manager Josh McCarty arrived promptly for the consultation of my property/project. He was very courteous and professional. I explained that I was closing on my home at the end of the month and if there was any way to get project completed for the new owners before I moved. Even though they were about 3 weeks out Josh said he would see what he could do. They sure came through for me! The project was completed the last week I was at the house and the new concrete sidewalk was done beautifully. It took a lot of stress and pressure off me to know this was done before I left.

They did an excellent job. We could not be more happy. They tore out a 1,200 + sq ft driveway that is on a very steep grade, and was 40-plus years old and crumbling or totally gone in many areas. They replaced it with a much better concrete product and put in many more "expansion joints" so the driveway should last much longer. It looks fantastic. The company representatives and crew were very professional and easy to work with.

Tore out old porch that was falling away from home and built new porch. Appears very well done! Also, the team was patient with me as I debated exact dimensions and how large of footer to do. Very friendly and efficient! Responded quickly through text messages when I had questions about the care of new porch.

Was a great experience from start to finish. Estimate was prompt and my calls with questions were returned promptly. Job was scheduled and completed on the original date I was given. Job looks great and everything was cleaned up.

Great! I live in a historic neighborhood and had to get an extra approval for the project, they worked with me to get this done quickly. They delivered exactly what I wanted in the estimated timeline.

After a few estimates from other companies, W decided on Indianapolis Concrete. While they had the lowest estimate, the professionalism was wonderful. Phil had a nice sheet that broke down the cost of everything so we easily could see what we were getting and what the prices were. He also explained the process well, and we felt the company would do a good job. We got the estimate in October but didn't actually want to job done until April. We had some weather delays, but it's been a crazy spring here so that was expected. The communication from Josh, the project manager, was great. He keep us update on everything and helped when I changed my mind on color a couple times. The work was done in half a day. The crew was hardworking and did a great job. They did a wonderful job on clean up also. We are thinking of doing a patio in the next year or two and I will definitely look at Indianapolis Concrete again.

Stamped patio turned out really nice. We were tired of the upkeep with our old wooden deck and look forward to less maintence with our new stamped patio. Estimator Phil Hodges arrived promptly for our initial meeting and Josh McCarty was our construction manager during the process and stayed in contact with us on what to expect. Great experience!
