They are the provider that we have selected. They came out very quickly. The man was very professional and gave the most detail estimate that I have ever seen. It was broken down carefully so that it was clear about what I was purchasing and what we had discussed. It was the most professional detail that I have seen. It was the most reasonably priced estimate.

Everything was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. Hank recommended expose concrete and explained why unlike other companies which learned to only want to sell more expensive material. i.e. decorative (which after research I realized would not be best for my particular situation).

They came early in the morning and everything was done by 1:00 p.m. They were GREAT!!

Very prompt response. Met with Bill and exchanged ideas about what I wanted/needed. He drew up plan then we adjusted a few details. Workers always on time and job done very nicely. Cleaned up after work finished. I am very happy with the results.

I called Bill and he was real helpful when he came out. He came out to do a survey of the property and during the survery he gave me options and different choices of concrete and stuff I didn't consider. He took his time in explaining everything. They came back out to do the work and I didn't have any problems at all. I haven't had any problems with it since the project was done.

We are still considering the bid. I asked them to include more work in what they wanted to do. They still haven't gotten back to me with the new work details included.

My experience was positive. The estimate was very professional. They hit all of the dates they said they would. It turned out exactly how we envisioned it.

Estimator arrived on time after normal work hours to accommodate me. Seemed knowledgeable about city permit requirements and restrictions. Estimate was not the lowest but in the ballpark. Emailed estimates were a bit confusing. Biggest negative: Said that we would not be able to drive on driveway for 28 days, but for $647 would add a chemical that would allow us to drive on it after only 3 days. The contractor I hired said this was baloney, and said we could drive on the new concrete 5-7 days after it was poured without any special chemical.

They came out to measure, but they didn't submit a bid. If they weren't interested they should have let me know.

Company was very responsive when contacted via phone to schedule a free estimate for a 14 X 20 stamped concrete patio. They came out several days later and gave us an estimate on the spot. Unfortunately, the estimate was about $1,000 more than other quotes we received, and the nature of the quality of the work we would receive was not as clear as it was with the company we eventually went with (the latter company had lots of pictures of work they had previously completed as well as lots of stamping/color options).

It was fine and they were professional. I'm going to go with a different company because of the cost.

The work was wonderful. They were one of the only companies that would do the work because of the limited space available to the workers to get it done. They returned calls in a timely manner. The quote was more than fair. There was no overruns. It was exactly what it was supposed to be. The gentlemen in charge was there at the beginning the job, checked back in the middle and he was there the next day to make sure I was satisfied.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Bill and his staff. Bill gave us great ideas on the shape of our patio. He also gave us a bunch of pictures to look at to pick the style that fit our needs. He was also able to work with our schedule. He and his staff were very professional and prompt. Very dependable company. We are very happy with our patio and would recommend this company to anyone.

We hired Indy Concrete to pour a patio and path for our newly constucted home. Our first meetings with the salesperson and owner gave us a strong impression that they were a solid company and the best choice for the type of project we had in mind. The concrete was poured while I was away from our house and I came back to find that they had left our original patio and stairs as they were installed by the builders. The new concrete formed an island around the existing patio. Needless to say it looked horrible. We had to have Indy concrete come and blast out our existing concrete and repour it. The first time they did it they had the color reversed. They had to come back out to repour it. That next Spring we began to notice white spots on the concrete and we had an incident where our concrete needed to be repaired (that had nothing to do with Indy Concrete's workmanship.) It took forever to get Indy concrete to come out and finish that repair. It was finally done and come the following spring we noticed the white spots were back and the repair work we had done was cracking and peeling up. They came out to fix the repair after many calls to their unresponsive/rude receptionist Airian. We tried to address the issue with the reoccuring white spots, a large crack and a chunk that broke off. Their solution to the fixing the white spots was to paint them with gray paint and reseal them. They had no solution for the crack and told us this was a natural occuance with concrete. The repaired chunk that broke off that lasted less than 2 months before it broke again. We have gone another winter and the white spots are all over our patio especially the area the had to redo due to their misunderstanding. I will not call Indianapolis concrete to try to address this issue as I find their first contact the receptionist rude and not willing to help with our concerns. I am currently (Spring 2010) looking for a new contractor to fix the incompenant work of Indianapolis Concrete. We spent spent close to $8000 on this job and had to deal with extremely poor customer service. They are the definition of a company takes your money and runs. You will be pleased with work they do when it is first completed, but any problems that occur once the concrete has cured will be a nightmare to get fixed. I am sure they will come back with some type of rebuttal that the concrete peeling up is note due to their workmanship, but I find that hard to believe when other stamped concrete I have seen (i.e. Disney and Metropolis in Plaifield) have held up a lot better than our backyard patio. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company for an expensive stamped concrete project.

They missed the first appointment, which I took off time from work to make. We set a new meeting time, then they asked me to reschedule a second time. I finally did meet with them and reviewed the project, but never received an estimate. It was a complete waste of my time.

They were really and efficient and quick.

They did a fine job and we were very pleased with them. I do not have any reservations about them at all. The people that we dealt with were polite and friendly. They set a schedule and worked with me on my schedule. If they could not make it they would call. Everyone really worked with us.

We signed up with a general contractor to have a stamped decorative concrete patio poured in our backyard in September 2007 with the plan to place a hot tub and to erect a two story deck on it. They then subcontracted with Indianapolis Concrete to perform the job. The first pour and stamp job was very poorly done. The stamp(s) were placed incorrectly resulting in double lines and gaps between the patterns. The general contractor was contacted and the patio was removed, repoured and restamped in October 2007 by Indianapolis Concrete. The second pour and stamp were also very poorly done. There are streaks of color on the concrete, some of the patterns are drawn in by hand, again there are double stamp marks, there is no depth to the impressions and the stamp was dropped in the concrete leaving a very distinguishing mark. During the removal of the first patio and the pouring of the second patio, a hole was punched in the siding of our 14 month old home and our side yard was torn up. In a good faith effort to work with both Indianapolis Concrete and the general contractor, we allowed Indianapolis Concrete to try to repair the mark made by the dropped stamp and to address the streaks of color. In November 2007, we were then told that it was too cold to repair the concrete and that it would be addressed in the Spring of 2008. Now that it is Spring 2008, the general contractor and Indianapolis Concrete attitude and customer service in correcting these issues is severely lacking. The general contractor has been contacted numerous times this Spring and they have contacted Indianapolis Concrete to no avail. We have been told that we would have information by specific dates and these dates have passed with no communication. We believe that we have been patient enough and have given the general contractor and Indianapolis Concrete ample opportunity to perform the job correctly. We would like our money refunded or to have the general contractor pay to have another company replace the stamped patio. Other concrete companies have examined the patio in it's current state and have said that it is not repairable, our Homeowners association has contacted us regarding complaints that the deck has not been completed and the City of Fishers has notified us that the building permit that we paid for will expire in August 2008 with an additional fee of $480 to renew it. Our daughter is graduating from High School at the end of May and we have wood piled in our garage, decking piled in our backyard killing the grass, a poor quality patio and a partially finished deck to share with our guests. It is not too much to expect to get what we paid for, at the quality level that the owners of these two companies would want in their backyards by the end of June 2008.

They did a wonderful job overall. We had called a few other concrete contractors about this job with little success. They either did not call us back, give us an estimate, or want to complete the whole job. Indianapolis Concrete did the whole job at a good price and gave us great service and followup. They made an appointment to give us an estimate and were on time. A preliminary estimate was given on the spot and a final estimate followed in a few hours. They came out a few days before the job was started to do a review with us. The job was done in one day. They removed the pavers as we requested. (This portion of the job was a problem for other contractors we called.) They poured the concrete, removed the forms, and back-filled some dirt in the surrounding areas to fill it in. In addition, they did not damage any plants in areas around the patio. About a week later they came back for a review with us again to make sure we were happy.
