The guys came early. Prepared the area, came back next day poured concrete. Did a great job - cleaned up. Came back - removed forms - put sod back down. I have already recommended to others.

They were upfront with us. They told us that they would be beyond their schedule. They did show up. They did a faster job. The guy came back and told us that we had to put more concrete. They bought it and finished the work. They really did follow up. What I really liked about this contract is that, we had a lot of options and they would normally come and do the work and leave. But, we could call them for follow up. They gave us a fair price. They gave what we asked for and they stood committed.

Ed came to assess the job. 6 wks later, as scheduled, work began. Only delayed 3 days due to weather. Everyone communicated well, was on time, friendly, & respectful of us & our property. Clean-up was immaculate.

Indpls Concrete was contacted to replace stepping stones to the detached garage with a sidewalk. The work was slated for the beginning of September, but because it was a small job, they were able to work us in by the middle of August. The finished sidewalk looks great! Yes, I would recommend Indpls Concrete to others.

I really liked the pre-construction meeting that lasted about an hour. They explained everything in detail. The workers did a great job.

We had several pre-construction meetings to plan out exactly what was to be done. The crew showed up on time on the dates of service. Did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Overall we are very pleased.

They scheduled us out about 2 months. Due to other jobs that they had already in the queue. We got close to our date and they weren't sure with the rain over the 2 months if they'd be able to get to us on the exact date promised. In the end, they were only off by 1 day from originally scheduled. We were very pleased as this helped us keep our other contractors on schedule and not have to move them to later dates. Their crews came out for 2 days. They dug out the site and then prep'd and pored the concrete. They did a super job and We'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get concrete work completed. We got quotes from other companies but they weren't as responsive as Indianapolis Concrete was so this is why we signed with them. In the end, they were on time and price was as quoted not surprised and excellent Job. We couldn't be happier.

Patch and reseal driveway on 7/31/14 and on 9/8/14, redo the white patches and seal.

Indianapolis Concrete did a wonderful job on our patio. They were prompt and attentive from the start. They removed existing landscape, poured concrete patio and put down top soil around patio. It all looks great! We highly recommend Indy Concrete.

They were punctual but very pricey.

Job went good. Was told it would be about the middle of June and it was. Crew came and removed old sidewalk and set frame for new pouring no problems or issues. The pouring went very smooth and the crew did a great job of troweling and smoothing new sidewalk. The new sidewalk now enhances the entrance to my home.

I was given an initial time frame of about a month from the first visit they made for the repairs to be done. They were only about a week late on that estimate and were able to get the porch poured in one day. They then came out within a few days to collect about 80% of the old porch material to haul away. After that the remaining debris was sitting in our driveway for the next two weeks, and the props for our porch roof were there for that long as well. The workers also left quite a bit of garbage in our drive and front yard. I understand that you have to eat, but put it in a trash bag and take it with you. When the final walk through was done the garbage, debris and cement splatter was still on the side of my house. The guy that did the walk through expected final payment at that time, I let him know I would not be paying until the job was finished. He at least understood and had someone out the next day to collect the debris, but there is still splatter all over the front of my house 3 days later. I had to call in myself to see when that would be taken care of. Still waiting as of this writing. They did good work on the actual "concrete" portion of the job, but no follow through. I would consider using them again since they have been nothing but nice and understanding, but I would like for the yard/house to not be collateral damage for a nice looking porch.

The work was put on the schedule in mid April. Work was completed at the end of May. The sales person, Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable. The work was completed in one day. The old concrete was removed with minimal damage to the surrounding landscaping. The new concrete was poured, finished and forms removed that afternoon. Overall, I am satisfied with the work performed.

Price was the best we found an Chris the guy that came to the house was awesome!! The only reason for a B rating was the lack of communication between the office and the people in the field. A couple messages never got where they needed to go. The big one being a week where I was out of town and told them not to come. Morning I am leaving thy show up and got right to work. More irritating than anything. I also wasn't happy that they went straight thru my gate to the backyard instead of knocking on my door. I have a rather large dog and if he had been out it wouldn't have been good. Product was good price was great!

Overall, I was very pleased with everything. I appreciated their estimate, which included the cost of each task. Other estimates did not state the cost breakdown. They do a pre-construction meeting where they go over everything with you. The only issue I had was that they came 5 days early without calling ahead. They give you a date and are supposed to call the week before to let you know which day. That didn't happen and I had to leave work to give them supplies for my basketball goal. They did a great job on the concrete. They were in and out in one day. They left very little mess, especially since they wheelbarrowed everything. They also do a follow up meeting after the work is complete to go over everything and then collect payment. A previous concrete company that I used for a patio wanted payment immediately and there wasn't a chance to see if there were any issues.

The sales rep was great to work with. No pressure... He just wanted to help us figure out what we wanted and what would work for our budget. The crew was fast and professional. The price quote was very fair. Then, to top it off, before we pulled the trigger on signing the contract, we got a coupon in the mail (one of those coupon paks) for 10% off, which they honored. This saved us $680! Great company. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

They did a fabulous job. They had a foreman names Chris, who's wonderful to work with, great communicating with our pool with them, coordinated well doing our driveway, gave us the best deal, and they were just extremely responsive. They actually finished the work ahead of schedule and were ready to go ahead of time. Updated - Chris, the project manager had an excellent estimate and delivered "Spot On". Great communication for large complicated project. Worked with our pool installers to deliver exceptional results!

That was a very good experience. They told us about Angie's List and we joined because we knew we were going to have other things done to the house. I love the finished product. I love our fire pit. The two gentlemen that came and did the fire pit stayed the entire day and made adjustments to give me exactly what I wanted, because I had it pictured in my mind what it would look like. So they ended up making an extra trip to get materials and then adding another layer to the fire pit. I actually enjoyed watching them work, because the one gentleman in particular obviously took a lot of pride in what he did and enjoyed doing it and enjoyed the finished product also.

We went to work and it was done when we got home. They had said it may be a 2 day job, but it was all done in one. Very pleased with all over job.

I requested quotes from several contractors and they were the first to respond. All the quotes I received were within a few hundred dollars of each other. I decided on IC as they were professional, prompt and offered a limited warranty. They got the job done within the time frame they estimated and it looks fabulous!

The guy missed the quote appt, leaving a message on our voicemail that he would get right back to us (this was on a Friday afternoon, and my husband had come home specifically for the meeting). He didn't call back until the next Wednesday. Their quote was $1000 and $2000 more than the other quotes we got, so we did not go with this company. They did send, via mail, a very detailed quote, which was much appreciated.

They came & dug up old porch & sidewalk. Shored up overhang support of roof. Installed frames for concrete pour. The job was completed in the est. time given. Price was equal to work done. Cleaned up after job completed. Very happy with entire experience. Nice. Months later. Overall... A to C Some problems arose of which they are very slow , if at all ,to respond to. Possibly downgrade another step soon.

I was very pleased with their work. The were not the least expensive, but the few extra dollars was worth it because of the quality and convenience. They took care of everything, including hauling in dirt after the job and planting grass seed. The finished concrete looks awesome. Communication was excellent. I really like the pre- and post-construction meetings. They made it easy to assure that we were on the same page. Our job manager, Chris, was a pleasure to work with.

Very pleased with all services. This company provides a lot of follow up and explains the process thoroughly. I called three or four companies and they were the first to respond. I believe their pricing is a little higher, but the services provided was worth it to me.
